CRAB NACHOS - I didn’t feel like the amount of crab meat was enough to justify the hefty price but they were delicious and a... fresh take on “nachos”. PORTUGUESE STYLE FISH STEW - This dish was amazing. Extremely savory. Awesome job with the sauce.Highly recommend/worth the price. CRAB STUFFED COD - Not bad. I feel something else instead of the steamed vegetables wouldhave made the dish better. The potatoes were a bit bland. The fish and stuffing also a bit bland. I wouldn’t get this plateagain. Despite being insanely busy due to the Halloween Haunts being hot and heavy we got seated in about 15 minutes and our server was... there quickly. We got started with oysters on the 1/2 shell, clam chowder and calamari. All were great! Lunch included sushiand a lobster roll - fantastic! At dinner here Saturday night. We got the street corn shrimp app...I got the swordfish entree and my wife got the scallops and... gnocchi. Truly amazing food. Well cooked and great flavor. We had such a great experience between the food and the staff that wewent back Sunday for lunch. I would recommend anyone coming to Salem stop at the wharf and try this place before visiting themany shops. Read more
Wonderful food and wonderful service. Did a great job with our party of 9 including a GF dietary restriction. The seafood was... fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is airy and light. If you are in the area stop in for a drink at the beautiful bar or a fulllobster dinner. Read more
Finz had a great outdoor seating area and excellent service. We got good recommendations from our server, and he was not overly... present. Everything was enjoyable - we had drinks, apps, entrees, and shared a desert. I little on the pricier side for localseafood but everything was good. We would go back! Read more
First time in New England and this was a great place to start! Had the lobster roll and it was perfection. It was packed with... lobster, the flavor was well balanced with the buttered bread and the lobster. Lobster was tender and fries were crispy on theoutside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Great service, great food, and a very nice view. We ate outside and enjoyed the coolsummer breeze. Read more
Finz is AWESOME! great service, wonderful views, immaculately clean, least fishy smelling seafood restaurant I have ever been.... The sushi was delicious and so were my swordfish birria tacos ! All staff is great and professional, bartenders, runners, etc!We will definitely be back to Finz next time we are in town. Visited Salem for a weekend and went to Finz twice. That says it all lol. Get the Sherry cream sauce! So good. The gnocchi with... scallops is so flavorful. The street corn shrimp appetizer is delicious . Drinks and desserts were ok. Food and service is worththe visit. Juan was phenomenal. Attentive, so kind and welcoming. Made great recommendations from the menu. Can’t say enoughgood things about him. He made our dinner experience very pleasant. Read more
