We popped in on a Tuesday in the later afternoon, and poked around for a bit before selecting two bags of ravioli. We were then... greeted and given a lively and enjoyable lesson on butter as well as cooking instructions for the pasta we were purchasing.Tonight, we cooked our lobster ravioli and OH WOW they were GOOD.
