The workers looked like they all didn't want to be there, which I mean who could blame them in this economy. However, please... don't take it out on your customers. The people on the floor were absolutely pleasant and keeping things tidy. They werecourteous and helpful, opening the door which is beyond their job description. Thank you. Was very very rudeness unsatisfaction unbelievably I was soooo nice and try and was verry mad this was not the first time in... this McDonald' to I go ever day literally it sad that I have. To go through this and have to pay more to do this ever day to Iwant to speak to to a manager they refuse to give me one also I am very upset and like cold they said then go through eitherwhen it did go through then they said it didn't go through it was just ridiculous not fair I am a very a great customer and goever day to be treated like this and always be span by more we then $30 to 50 a day to deal w this not fair Read more

Every table was dirty!! Ended up eating in the car! 3 out of 4 of the kiosks didn't work. I don't normally eat at McDonald's but... since Taco Bell was closed my grandson picked Mc D's. At least the food was hot. Read more

This feedback is for restaurant manager! Please do the best for your customers. We?re always ready for something missing in our... orders. Sauce or some burger. It can happen one time, but not always!!! The last time caramel iced coffee absolutely doesn?tlooks on coffee at all. It?s more iced tea and without creamery and caramel at all. How it can be? Today I lost my desire to goback and asking something to change or add. Because no any exchanges, no any excuses and so hard to be right in front of staff.The quality of drinks is so poor. I?m ordering hot latte with additional add-ons and always have to check it before to go, asusually there?re no whipped cream or additional caramel syrup, but I?m paying for customizing my coffee. In a Happy Meal alwaysproblem with a sauce for nuggets. It?s missing all the time and I have to go back inside restaurant and explain that I haven?tsauce. Two days ago ordered double cheeseburger and my son got regular cheeseburger. I don?t like to write bad feedbacks, but mypatience is over and we?re trying to find alternative locations. Unfortunately McDonald's is not the same on customers care anymore, ???? unless the one located on highland Avenue, Salem Mass.... I was waiting on line for a while, and when I finally get to the speaker to order, I had to wait for someone to talk to me,which usually they say "one moment please" It happens it is understandable. I was waiting, and waiting and more waiting, to thepoint that I was saying Hello! Hello!.. no one was responding. I would prefer pay more to people who knows how to take care ofcostumer than pay cheap to rude people who doesn't know how to take care of customers. And yeah! My Big Mac meal was delicious, but my hubby said his chicken sandwich was dry and overcooked, and we each had an apple pie, both... in the heater to long, the apples were just dry sticky goo. But I feel like they aren't getting as much business, so things sita little longer. And the customers they get want weird combos and don't like to wear masks ????, so it's probably dishearteningto work there. Read more
