I Love Taco Bell ????, plus Taco Bell is Actually the healthiest fast food place , sounds crazy but it is !! I went to the... one in Lynn,Ma. They are always so so nice, just the other day when we went I ordered a freeze drink and I guess some people ordered 2 as well and then decided they didn't want them so the woman ask me if I would like them, heck yes !! Stuck in drive thru, told they were closed after placing order from drive-thru line online. They took our order but continued to... tell people they were closed. Confused. Placed order on mobile app for in store pickup. There were people eating in lobby inside, but the doors were locked. Worker... inside would not let me pick up my ready order or bring it outside to me. She said I had to use the drive thru. The drive thruwas backed up and didn?t have time. Unacceptable is a polite term for what I had received as food tonight. Ordered via door dash, a 45 minute wait and this is what... I received. To add insult to injury I added extra beef to my items and were charged for the extra, and did not get what I paidfor. Don?t know how to read. Always order to to sub beef for black beans or I order the veggie items as I don?t eat meat. I some how... ALWAYS get beef on my food no matter what I order. This has been going on for months. I have never had issues with a Taco Belldoing that until this store. Read more
