My husband LOVES SONIC and 75% of the time he uses his mobile app to pre-order because it takes them FOREVER to bring your order... out. It takes them forever to even acknowledge you once you hit the red order now button. One of the worse customer serviceexperiences I have encountered. Read more

Had to change my rating from a year ago from a 4 to a 2. The fries are literally always cold. It took us 20 min one day just to... get a couple sodas and an order of churros. Salem sonic is going down hill fast. Read more

I have had several ice machine is broke, cold fried most the time after asking for hot ones, they had the wrong order 3 times in... a roll and told me they was worked to hard. These place is a joke. Read more

I stopped in today and they messed my order up, however when I went back I met a young man named Landon who worked inside. He... was a big help and got my order fixed. The service and food here is always great. The staff are always friendly and seem enthusiastic to help. Unfortunately it seems... like every time I go there half of the order screens are frozen, on a blue screen of death, or just completely off. It seemslike a different set every time so whenever I go to order I know to expect a game of musical chairs. Now that may not be thefault of anyone locally and may in fact be corporate not giving them the resources to get them fixed properly, but the problemstill stands and it's always a little bit frustrating.
