Standard chick-fil-a food but totally blown away with the customer service. They brought the service of a higher-end restaurant... to fast food. One of the employees brought over crayons and paper to a family that had a young kid without even being asked. Iwas asked a couple times while I was seated if everything was okay. Great team! Yes, it is fast food. I personally prefer their taste over the many other chains. The staff is engaging and polite. I know... it's part of the training but you don't get that at other chains. At least in this area of the world. During the busy timethey have extra staff outside to take your order so they can start prepping and getting the lines moving. Read more
The app seems to be glitchy, app thanked me for my order and when I got to the store they said they had no order. So I... reordered the meal again and things were pulled together pretty quickly. Young staff discussing personnel scheduling should bedone professionally off the dining floor. Must of been a slow day, three employees were sent home for the day while waiting formy order.
