I?d have to say for one thing that the donuts are always soft when I get them here. I also appreciate the friendliness of the... staff who work here. I rarely have issues with my orders here but they do seem to be out of cold brew too often. I would feelbetter if the employees wore gloves but that?s the only fault I see on their behalf. Read more
This is by far the best and most consistent dunkin in all of Salem. I would also like to specifically call out David as being... the friendliest and most attentive dunkin's employee I have ever interacted with. If he isn't the boss I hope his managerunderstands the quality of employee they have in him. Read more
Terrible service. Needs customer service work. Come here a lot and I absolutely hate when this couple Freddy and Brittany are... working. Freddy is completely racist and the Brittany girl gives you attitude plus some filthy looks from both of them. When Iasked them to remake my coffee because there was cream instead of milk, he was mumbling bad about me under his breath. Thismanager needs to fire these people.
