Poor customer service. The associate burnt my food in toaster and didn't offer to change it at least ( I wasn't going to have... them throw it and make a new one, but she didn't offer to change it.) and was very rude. Read more
Slow Service! The Workers are most rude and lazy. They were very disrespectful to my Brother and his Son! He is not going there... again ever! He will take his Son to Subway in Lowell from here in! OK place, employees are nice but some of the tables are crooked and outdated. The food is fine, subway as usual. It is nice they... have popcorn, slush puppies, and a few other snacks. They have signs with ads that are over 2 years old so that is a majordownside that shows some lack of responsibility by management. Read more
I work with adults with disabilities and the clients were extremely excited to got to go out to eat at subway. Unfortunately one... of the clients wanted a salad and the woman behind the counter acted like we asked her to change a flat tire. At one point sheeven said "so do you want tomatoes or not!" If you are working in a job where you have to deal with customers I'm pretty surethat you should be kind to them. I understand that it gets busy sometimes but check the attitude at the door.
