Any thought of "fast food" is non existent at this location. Its always a 30 minute drive through wait. There could be 3 cars in... line and its still 30 mins. - Made it to the front and they don't have Coke?!?!? How do you not have coke!?!? I've watchedatleast 10 cars give up and drive away. Unable to understand the person taking the order via the microphone & 'live' @ the window. Soft voice & sounds like mumbling.... Their mask was pulled down so it was not that. Occasionally, the order received is not what I ordered. Now we check the bagcontents before leaving the parking lot. The background noise may contribute to this issue? Read more
Hit or miss. Sometimes they are short staffed and it takes 30 min to get your order. Other times you are the only 1 in... line. All employees I interact with are awesome. I go around 4x a week for the last 6 months. Everyone has great personalitiesand make sure all issues are resolved without any flak. Read more
Took a last minute trip from CT. Landed here. The service was very,very slow for a Friday night. We waited an half hr for our... food. And of course fries were cold. Most employees were just standing around. While I waited I witnessed 2 customers at counterbe ignored and finally leave. Also eating in plain site of customers. Very disappointed. Read more
This Wendy?s has no business being so good. The last few times I?ve gone, the customer service is impeccable, the food is fresh... and well made, and they get your order out in ?fast food? timing. I honestly think this Wendy?s is probably one of the best inNew England if not further. Whatever you?re doing, keep doing it. You can?t find fast food like this in the area. Way to go! Read more
Atmosphere is always great when we have a car load of kids !! Crazy but definitely Fun ,.Food always cooked the way we ask, &... some of the kids are picky they want just the hamburger plane with pickles on the side stuff like that and they always get itright for us food is always delicious char-broiled they're on the grill great burgers.. We love it, Baked Potato is the Best wsalad .. !! Read more
