I ordered on the app for walk in because the drive thru line was extremely long. Upon going inside, there were about 7 or 8... others who were also waiting for their orders. A guy was at the counter asking about his order, since he was asked to pullforward from the drive thru window and he had been waiting there for a while too. After about 10-15 mins of waiting, they handedme 2 bags and a coffee (which would have been right for my order) only, I'm glad I checked the name and receipt number becauseit was the next order placed AFTER mine. I had to get her attention again to tell the lady who gave it to me that it wasn't mineand gave her my correct name & receipt number. After about 20 mins of waiting, I finally got my order. My bagel was burnt andcold and my coffee tasted horrible. I will not be returning to this DD. (I would rather use the gas to go across town to the oneby Walmart) Read more
This west side of salem dunkin is definitely better than east side of salem one. Line usually long as is at any of them but made... two lines super nice, friendly staff and usually for most part drinks and orders are made pretty good Read more

Ordered almost $40 in food when I got the drinks the three were messed up. I got two sandwiches that included ham in them and... they both just had egg and cheese. The bacon snacks were white like they weren?t even cooked and the croissant stuffer hadenough seeds on it to feed New York?s birds twice. Went to circle K got a sandwich and that was better than any sandwich I?veever got from Dunkin. Read more
I wouldn't even give it one star they didn't put the lid on my cup and when I went to put it in my cup holder it went all over... my new car I told the general manager and he told me people spill their coffee on fjem all the time including hot coffee andjust let it go. So what I got from that comment is he was telling me to clean it up myself and let it go mind you I haven't evenhave had my car for a month yet... Read more
Waited 10 minutes for an extra large coffee after I ordered inside and had to ask and showed my receipt. I would hope by now... workers are grasping the work concept. I'll return but not if I get service like that again. I thought going inside would bequicker than drive thru, nope. Read more
You need to train your store better. Just had one of your workers tell me the it?s my job to check my order and make sure... everything is there and that?s it?s not her job to make sure it?s there. I then say I?m missing a donut from my on the go orderand she tells me again it?s not her job to check and go to the other window and get it. There was no one at the other window.
