I just ate what had to be the greatest sub that I've ever had from Subway at this location. I had a foot long on Italian herb... and cheese bread and it was to die for. The bread was so fresh, soft and fluffy, but the cheese on the outside was sharp andcrispy. I wish every subway had bread like this. Thank you for an awesome lunch!!! Read more

I believe her name is Kimbra or something that starts with Kim or a K. EXTREMELY RUDE. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while... she got herself a drink from the soda machine and then proceeded to tell me she couldn?t see me in the camera because I wasstanding at the counter and not the sandwich station. Even though I wasn?t getting sandwiches and she seen me walk in, I walkedright past her and politely smiled because she was in the lobby. Not behind the counter. So anyway, she proceeded to throw hergarbage away and get herself a drink. The fact that she lied because wasn?t even behind the counter and could NOT see the cameraastonishes me. When going to a restaurant I always bring a coat because I have had many bad experiences where it is freezing cold in a... restaurant. But that wasn?t the case on this chilly Monday in Ohio. I walked in the Subway with my jacket in hand ready to putit on. But as soon as I walked in I was immediately engulfed in the just right temperature of a restaurant on a winter day. Itwas nice and cozy. When I walked up to the servers they were very kind when asking me what I was going to have for mydinner. They took special care of my sub and making sure that it was very clean and not smashed. Even when I went up to paythey were very kind. Usually you are told ?Try our very best chocolate chip cookie. It is the best!? which makes you not want tobuy it. And trust me, I have had many troubling experiences of that enforcement. I have also had experiences where my sub is nottoasted fully. Or my meatballs aren?t hot enough on my meatball marinara. I have especially had experiences where there is toomuch mayonnaise or oil and vinegar. But that wasn?t the case either. There was just the right amount of everything, mayonnaise,lettuce, tomato, and vinegar. Now sometimes when you go to a sub place that claimed to be fresh, the subs don?t always look ortaste fresh. They just look like a sub that you put together at home with the lunch leftovers from last week. But Subway gotthe gold medal with having everything freshly made, and winning gold in the beauty category. Even the place itself wasintriguing. It was very clean and shiny right at the glance of when you walked in. The tables were nicely wiped so that youdidn?t have to eat your sub on the table where the little kids had their food fight. Extremly rude employee! We eat there all the time, and we always have our 4 month old daughter with us. When we get our food,... we ask for a small cup of hot water to heat up her bottle. Never been a problem. We stopped in yesterday and asked the longblonde haired employee for some hot water for my daughter's bottle; she quickly replied she had to heat it up in the microwave,NO. Very rude! Won't be back at this location.... Read more
This location has poorly trained workers. On several occasions I?ve gotten a pizza with little to no toppings. They will cut a... piece of pepperoni and one strip of bacon into little pieces and put it on a pizza and charge you 8$. One of theworkers/managers with bleach blonde hair is extremely rude to Walmart associates which blows my mind because you literally workinside of a subway that?s inside of a Walmart. If you hate Walmart workers so much why are you at this location? Read more
