If I could give negative stars, I would. I sat in the drive through for close to, if not over, 30 minutes tonight. The lobby... isn?t open, it was 7:23pm. The staff there have a good way of beating the ?order time clock?, they don?t take your order untilthe car in front of you is leaving. So while I sat at the window waiting for my food, there was a long line of people behind me?only they weren?t behind me. The next car was at the ordering screen and everyone was backed up behind them. This Wendy?s usedto be one of the best places to grab something to eat. Not anymore! I could have gotten food faster at Bob Evans or Jaliscos. Iwill never go back. Read more

This is by far the worst drive thru experience. I do not eat fast food often and Wendy's is definitely off the list. Thirty... minutes in line. How does this happen you may ask? They do not take your order until the person at the puck-up window order isgiven to the patron. The system is based on how long for when you place your order till you have your order in hand so it showsto the company they store is being managed well. So to everyone who wonders why a Wendy's in Salem Ohio moves at a snails pace.This is why. Read more

So I ordered a Son of Baconator and the bacon was burnt to a crisp, a cheese fry and I guess they wanted to give me a chili... cheese fry, and when I asked for a Strawberry Frosty I had to correct the person working the counter because all they heard wasstrawberry and they were going to get me a lemonade... I understand that some people have bad days, I work in customer servicetoo. It was just a very disappointing experience and hope it's just a learning experience for them. Read more

The older woman that works the drive thru is mean ..nasty an has an attitude everytime I go in threw....I have gotten into... arguments with her on 3 separate occasions..she dose not have the skills or mentality to be working with people..then when I tryto call to complain noone answers the phone...she needs to be fired...if I could leave a negative star that would still be togood of a score..I WILL NEVER EAT AT THAT WENDYS AGAIN Read more

The older lady that took our order sneezed three times over our food. I told her I would like a refund that we would be leaving.... The manager was right there making our cheeseburgers and seen it happen then had an attitude with us because we canceled ourorder. will not be returning.
