This location was going through some trying times about a year ago where they had some issues, but it appears that managers read... the reviews, consider feedback appropriately and seriously, and have greatly improved the whole eating and dining experiencehere. We still see the infamous big white lettuce leaf, but it's not a deal-breaker (lol). The quality-of-service and food hasbeen absolutely wonderful and guests are checked on often (and with wonderfully positive attitudes) to see that everything is aswonderful as they hope. I know the servers life isn't the easiest however our server last night was not on the ball at all. First she gave our drinks to... another table. Then took forever to get new ones made and to us. Our food came way out of order.... so first received the secondorder of boneless chix wings before we ever got our first ones. Then 10 min later received one of the first plates, then a fewmin later received my plate. Then the second plate of the chix wings. At this time we are still waiting for the 2 kids meals. Wehad to ask twice about them and another 10 min passed before we got them. My bar drink had no alcohol so asked for a differentone. They didn't charge for the first one which was good. Usually never had a problem with Applebees but I recently went after my graduation, and got on the waiting list, they told us it... would be 15 minutes but we then proceeded to wait for an hour and 30 minutes. We were very patient and but we were gettingattitude by everyone but our waiter. A lady brings out our food, tosses my plate to me as I tried leaning away, but the hot oilon the dish splashed onto my face, and not once did anyone apologize. on top of that, my food was not cooked all the way and Iended up getting food poisoning that whole night. It was alright. Substitutions are not appreciated at this restaurant. Not many options for the Low-carb crowd, so making menu... changes would be nice to be able to do without getting pushback or waiting for approval from upper management to make a simple,healthier change. What happened to pleasing the customer these days? They did accommodate after management authorization. Read more
Food just isn?t good. The pictures on Uber eats for apple bees were misleading( especially the wingless hot Cheetos wings)... didn?t have much seasoning on it at all. I ordered from here couple of times to test out different things on their menu to seeif it would be better but it?s the same low quality food every time. There is something wrong with the way they fry theirchicken too. Every time I ordered something that?s fried chicken it tasted like it?s been microwaved and super hard and tough.The lava cake is yummy though. Read more
My sisters and I stopped there for lunch. The waiter was awesome, attentive, and delt with our mischievous sisterhood with... playful amenity. We got the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer, a fruit smoothie, and two perfect pour margaritas (theirversion of a Cadillac Margarita), and it came in the shaker so there were like two and a half to three glasses when poured. Wellworth it, NUMMY!!! For lunch we had, broccoli chicken alfredo, the prime rib dipper, honey barbecue boneless chicken wings, brewpub pretzels and beer cheese dip. Food was wonderful as always.
