I ordered a lady bug cake a week in advance and they still got the date wrong. And on top of that I told them my name multiple... times and they still got it wrong so when I picked up the cake they were confused. I asked for a scoop of gold medal ribbon on a chocolate dipped cone, she gave me one with sprinkles on it instead. She did not... speak very good English and I don't know Spanish. She did not even scoop ice cream into the cone just the top part and I'm sorrybut paying $4 something for the cone and not even recieving the one I want plus it was not even full of ice cream is quite a ripoff in my opinion. I usually never have a problem here but I even told her I didn't ask for the cone with sprinkles and wasgiven just a cone she didn't fix her mistake or offer to scoop the ice cream into a cone and how was I suppose to put it intothe cone? I guess since all she did was throw a scoop on top of the cone I could have smashed it onto the top myself and gottenit all over myself. Not impressed with my visit today at all. Read more
