I ordered a lady bug cake a week in advance and they still got the date wrong. And on top of that I told them my name multiple... times and they still got it wrong so when I picked up the cake they were confused. And parts of the cake design are falling off.Only reason I?m giving it 2 stars is because the design itself is cute. Read more

I asked for a scoop of gold medal ribbon on a chocolate dipped cone, she gave me one with sprinkles on it instead. She did not... speak very good English and I don't know Spanish. She did not even scoop ice cream into the cone just the top part and I'm sorrybut paying $4 something for the cone and not even recieving the one I want plus it was not even full of ice cream is quite a ripoff in my opinion. I usually never have a problem here but I even told her I didn't ask for the cone with sprinkles and wasgiven just a cone she didn't fix her mistake or offer to scoop the ice cream into a cone and how was I suppose to put it intothe cone? I guess since all she did was throw a scoop on top of the cone I could have smashed it onto the top myself and gottenit all over myself. Not impressed with my visit today at all. Read more
They has 3 employees working. All 3 greeted me and were very polite. I ordered 3 creature creations and one scoop. They got it... done fast and even helped 3 other people in less then 5 mins. I only did a 4 because they didn't have the proper head bands forthe kids creations scoops. Read more
Came to this location August 14 with my kid and was greeted by the friendliest employee. She was honestly a bright spot in our... day. The ice cream was great, the service was fast and friendly, and she was upbeat and eager to help us. Keeping up that levelof enthusiasm in a customer service job during a pandemic is far from easy. I had a wonderful experience with this story. I work at Oregon State Hospital and was putting together an ice cream social for... some of the patients there. I worked with the owner, Kelly, who was very helpful in figuring out how much ice cream and toppingswe needed. She was very friendly and made sure that our order was ready to pick up and everything was labeled and prepared asspecified. She also was willing to give us a discount, which was really incredible.
