Our order was supposed to be ready at 9. We got there at 9 10 and the lady at the counter said that she couldn’t find our... order. We had to wait for them to do our orders. I didn’t mind waiting a little while but then I opened the fried pickles,which are almost $11, and there were hardly any and they were cold and soggy. Really disappointed. Read more
I can't stand paying for a tip, delivery and convenience fees when the food I ordered showed up nothing like what was placed... into the app. I ordered 1 flavor of original and 2 flavor of boneless wings in a 20/20 and ended up with 30 original in 2flavors and only 10 boneless (not even tossed in the sauce). I've tried calling 3 times in the last 30 minutes since receivingit and got to their full voicemail box each time. Great food, great service. Food came out fast. As you can see there is a lot of food. Atmosphere was awesome. And very clean.
I had the Nachos and added chicken. They were delicious and filling. My daughter ordered the 30 piece wings. Our waitress was... quick to take out order and deliver it to us and the bill! Sadly I had asked her for hot sauce for my Nachos which I believe aresupposed to come with salsa and didn't. She walked past us three times without checking in on us or ever bringing me my hotsauce. So I had to go ask another waitress for some and she also refilled my daughter's drink. Our waitress did return to giveme the bill. She only got a tip because I had to pay her and I didn't feel like waiting around for her to show up. I try to payelsewhere but was told that I had to pay my waitress. When I went back to the table they were already cleaning it off. So I leftthe bill and cash there. Unfortunately I didn't have exact change. I don't think that she deserved over $5.50 tip! Read more
I went on a Friday midday and was told that there was only one server who had max tables, which we understood and decided to... order takeout. We found it rude that the person seating people went ahead and sat a party of 3 that came in after us and thensat another party of 3 after. We were a party of 4 and if they said the server was at max capacity then it should be the samefor all customers walking in. Not a pick and choose who gets to dine in and who doesn’t. Last night, I went to dinner with five friends. The receptionist was very unfriendly. Obviously, other people sat in booth but... didn't let us sit. Unexpectedly, they let us sit against the wall. Is it because we are Asian? Then we asked the waiter if wecan sit in booth? The waiter agreed to sit in booth. Such horrible costumer services, my wings were dry and there excuse was “the sauce is thick ask for extra sauce next time” I... shouldnt have to ask because they should all be evenly coated.I went back a 2nd time and asked for extra sauce and theyliterally gave me sauce soup just to make me mad. Giving 5 stars cause of the service! I ordered ultimate nachos... and it was less then underwhelming. Felt bad about saying... something, but the server was so amazing and nice!
