I had the best cheeseburger that I have ever had from a burger king in my 50 years. The bun actually looked like the picture and... the filling was generous. Menu was confusing and I don't like how the screens change. The friendly but overworked cashier tried to explain the extra... options not listed on the rotating menu pages for a couple of their specials, but it was loud and busy. The manager was rude and unprofessional, my order was incorrect and she wanted me to pay 1.00 for lettuce and tomatoes which... already comes on the chicken burger...She said " Oh my God " when I brought it to her attention that my order was wrong.. andspoke in Spanish to her employee's and never apologized to me, she looked upset at me.. It looks like I may be in a minority of reviewers, but I like this Burger King. Maybe it's all relative to the one I used to... live by, but by comparison this BK is like 5 times better. Every time I've gone the food seems warm and fresh. It's nothingamazing, but it's fast food, and for fast food I'd put it near the top of my list. I tend to go during lower traffic hours(2-4) but when I go the wait is generally only a car or two. Staff seem friendly enough. Read more
January 29 2022 Went through the drive through to get lunch. When I got home to eat my chicken sandwich the first bite it tasted... funny. I took the top bun off and the lettuce was brown and soggy and it smelt funny. I also asked for light mayo and there wasnone on the sandwich. I tried to call the store to let them know about the bad lettuce as well as the No mayo but no one wouldanswer. Read more
