drive through order, got cold(ish) fries, burger was okay, and my sprite was way more carbonated water than typical (didnt taste... good/right). also, the line took several minutes with 2 different cars engaging in a lengthy discussion with the staff. thecar ahead of me took several minutes to order (for a 10.99$ displayed price). part of the issue may be that the menu is notvisible until you pull up to order (so no way to plan what you want). also, rolling/moving menu items makes it even moredifficult: please show us what we can order and give us time to consider. the staff person was friendly enough, but obviouslydoing multiple jobs. i dont see why i would return. recommended by Ryan: c- Read more

This Burger King tends to run out of burgers. They also like to try and cancel orders without a refund. Honestly, I'd just go... somewhere else. Read more

My child has a dairy allergy and there was a jalapeno popper in his food we ended up in the hospital corporate has been very... nice but nobody has contacted me when you put a toddler in the hospital at least have the decency to call and ask if he is ok Iwill not stop calling corporate until I get a response this isn't ok I will never go back to burger king Read more

Had to go back for rest of pur order, and while waiting for our two 8 piece chicken nuggets. I watched an employee stick her... bare hand into the french fries, pull one out and eat it. Worst drive thru in Salem. Couldn't understand my order tried to give me a chicken sandwich 4 times instead of a jr... cheeseburger. Charged me for a kids meal instead of just the cheeseburger I finally got. Receipt stated kids meal instead ofwhat I ordered. Read more

Terrible. Burger was not cooked or seasoned and gave me food poisoning. Very slow service. Spent $12 and had to throw it away.

Honestly, this just isn?t a very good Burger King. It used to be fine years back, but in recent months whenever I visit I seem... to experience long waits, lackluster service, and poorly made food. Today was 20 minutes in a four car drive-through line, fortwo sandwiches which sported burnt protein and stale bread. To top that off, this location in particular seems to have stoppedaccepting coupons from the restaurant chain?s app, which was the only thing keeping pricing competitive. So this whole deal waspretty spendy for fast food. All of this being pretty much par for the course now is probably the final nail in the coffin forme here. Read more

Quick and friendly customer service. Generally busy but clean indoor and outdoor seating. Napkins and condiments are not readily... available and you have to request more by standing in line again or catching someone's eye behind the counter. They have tableswith Outlets to charge your cell phone or plug in your laptop. Read more
