Just had a horrible experience with the customer service side of things. Asked for a burger with no bacon (twice) received... bacon. When I told the lady working the counter she argued with me and said I asked for no tomato (Burger doesn't have tomato onit). She obviously wasn't listening when she took my order and was very rude overall. Good food and the other counter workershave been fine which is why they don't get a 1 star review. Read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MEDIOCRE FOOD. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a order of chili fries. The woman at... the counter had the ugliest attitude. When I first walked up I said hello and asked how she was doing, she just stared at me fora second and then replied flatly ?fine. What are you getting??. I ordered, came back later (they made it pretty quickly) andwhen I sat down had no chilli fries. I went back, politely said that I ordered them but didn?t get them. She looks up my orderwhile SO BOTHERED that I asked. She said I didn?t get them and I tell her we talked about it. She just blamed me for her notentering them, I didn?t even want to blame or argue I just wanted my fries and would rather not disagree so I just said never lmind thanks anyways and left. Overpriced. Rude. Mediocre food. If u don?t like customer service don?t take it out on everyoneelse. Read more
Very disappointed. Order a chicken strip basket. Ended up getting horrible cook fish. When I when back to get the correct order... I was asked if I even got the food from the cart. After I explain that I did, but ordered chicken strips they said they wouldremake it. Waiting a while to get called back to and was told they have no chicken. But I could pick anything off the appetizersor a drink. I paid $12. When asked for a refund I was told no. Then the cook pulled out a piece of frozen chicken and said giveme a minute. I paid $12 for a piece of cut up chicken. Couldn't eat the fries because they were undercooked and drenched in fishoil. Read more
What a wonderful experience it was to eat at Cadillac Grille. The only unfortunate thing is the wait, but very understandable... due to them being short staffed and very busy. But let me say that the food is worth the wait!!! I love that you can do anyburger as a slider, this gave my wife and I the ability to try 3 separate burgers. The Bacon and Bleu, the Sevy Beercheese, andthe Spicy. I liked the Spicy, my wife liked the Sevy Beercheese, but we both agreed that the Bacon and Bleu is to die for!!!!!I also couldn't pass up the opportunity to order the Rickster. Which is so big! Their ground beef is fresh and the bacon theyuse is some of the best flavored and thick sliced Bacon I've ever had. Last but not least they were even able to accommodate ourrequests to put some of the Beercheese on our fries. Will definitely be back!!! Read more
First time here, tried the El Dorado burger.... OMFG... if you have not had a burger here, you need to! Go!
This place has the potential to be 3 or 4 stars. I had the bacon bleu burger. It's a big, substantial bun that holds up well,... there was lots of bleu cheese (most places skimp). But there's one problem... they completely overcook the hamburger patty. The best burgers are cooked around medium, and they should be juicy. This was hard and completely dry. If they could pull thepatty from the grill earlier, this would be a much better meal. I was in the mood for some beer cheese, so I go a pretzelinstead of the fries, which I'd like to try sometime. Read some of the reviews, can't say I shared the same experience. The guy at the window was very polite and following all those... lovely covied requirements. The burger was outstanding, arguably the best burger I've ever ate. The burger was seasonedperfectly, the BBQ sauce was delicious, lettuce was crisp. The Cajun tots, to die for. 10/10 will eat there again. Read more
Spent thirty dollars on my order..they forgot items I ordered including somthing as simple as fries...then they added spicey... bacon to my child's order when we specifically asked them not to. Read more
