Multiple items of order were missing I called take sure they were ready when I showed back up , the person we interacted with... was female , rude over the speaker , rude on all accounts and hung up on me twice. You can hardly go walking in. The closed lobby sign is ALWAYS UP!!! And the food is a little warm.
Maybe it's just me, but Carl's Jr. restaurants always seem to have really great staff. This location is just average compared to... the other Carl's Jr locations in the area but it's still way better than pretty much any other fast food restaurant in thearea. Their burgers are a little overpriced compared to McDonald's, but they're usually more substantial, and moredifferentiated. They have more chicken options, but not many more salad options. The dining room was closed for quite some timedue to COVID, but it's been open for a while now. Staying is really low, but the workers they have do a good job. I like thatthey have onion rings made of actual onions instead of diced onion bits like Burger King. They also have jalapeno poppers thatare pretty delicious. Their regular fries aren't great, but their waffle fries are delicious. I don't order ice cream or shakesvery often, but every time I do, their machines are working, which isn't always the case at other places... Read more

Asked for hot fries; got cold fries. Asked for replacement fries, got MORE cold fries. I just gave up, because of my time... schedule. Ya'll got to do better.... Read more
Food isn't bad for fast food. I wish they had more drink options, but they don't have to much for those. The burgers are what... you come for anyway. They are pretty good. I always get delivery, and it's not really cold when I get it. It normally prettywarm still. ???? Read more
Carl's JR typically has great burgers and food. This visit proved otherwise. The chicken tenders were left in the fryer too... long which dried them out and tasted burnt. Same with the jalapeño poppers. Not all Carl's Jr restaurant are like this, butthis visit was an exception. Read more
