This location needs new management! I have both a 10 and gotten delivery both times I am so unsatisfied I do not even want to... contact the store for my food or my money back I no longer want anything to do with Carl's jr. I recommend everyone check yourfood before consuming it as retaliation is some things they do. Read more

I only eat at Carl's Jr about once a year, and on days like today it can be such a nice treat. The West Salem Carl's Jr has an... interior that's rather new - and it feels VERY fresh & clean. Brian was my cashier, and he smiled and greeted me right away. When I told him that I didn't know the menu, he was super helpful with suggestions and information about their food choices. Very knowledgeable, and great questions to make sure he understood what I was looking for. My food was prepared quickly, andeverything was so fresh. I should have taken pictures of the burgers especially, as they looked like they were right out of acommercial on TV (but I was sooo hungry). Everything was unbelievably fresh & tasty. Brian gave great suggestions for the sidedishes (and how to try eating them). If you've never tried Strawberry Jam on the Jalapeno Poppers, you've got to get some today- it's mind blowing! I almost always drive through. The staff is always nice. They are always fast, but that is a double edge sword. Over the past... several months I have received overcooked (burnt) patties or dry semi warm ones several times. When the burgers come out freshlycooked they are my favorite fast food burgers. 5 stars for what it is. Food is always hot and fresh when I get it. Probably the best Carls Jr in Salem.

I ordered two superstars and a large chicken sandwich meal. It took almost 30 minutes to get my food. They had run out of large... cups and medium lids. When I did get my order the fries weren?t crisp but soggy and less than full. The burgers had ketchup allother the outside of the bun. I won?t go back. Read more

The food service was very fast. Although I did not get a burger, the fries were very scrumptious. I highly recommend this place... for roadtrips or a quick eat. Read more

Food was served quickly, and had good service!! But if you're looking for a burger that isn't dry, I recommend eating elsewhere.

As I've posted at the other Carl's Jr we eat at we like the food they offer, especially their breakfast burritos, and this store... was no different. We ordered four burgers, three of which were special orders, two fries and drinks. Went through the drive thrufairly quickly, got our meals, and quickly got back on Hwy 22W. Luckily I started pulling out french fries for my husband tomunch on as he drove. Since once they were gone from the bag it was easy to see that we only had three burgers. Two of theburgers were mine and they had not removed their special sauce and added mustard like I'd requested. The missing and remainingone were my husband's and I "blew up", because every time we've been to a Carl's Jr they don't get our order right. We were justpast the old Eola Inn and I had my husband turn around and take us back to West Salem's Carl's Jr. I'd had it with incorrectorders and bad posts that no one responded to. Upon arrival back at Carl's Jr I took our meal back in along with the receiptshowing what we should have gotten and what changes should have been made to our meals. I asked to speak to the shift supervisorand James came over to speak to me. I showed him one of my most recent posts regarding the service that I had received atMonmouth and told him I was extremely upset by having the same service from them. He immediately apologized and told me that hewould replace my entire order and correct their error. At which point I calmed down some and told him I would greatly appreciatethat. I wasn't so much mad at him as I was the fact that Carl's Jr couldn't seem to get my meals correct. While James wasoverseeing the redoing of our order the young man who had not gotten my husband's sandwich into the bag came over and ask whathad happened. I explained the entire story to him and he apologized about my husband's sandwich not going to put in and said itwas his fault.
