11/19?got food poisoning from the food at this location. I am still *very* sick. I rarely ever post bad reviews. However, I saw... there was another complaint on this page about it. Worst Chipotle got less then one scoop for 3 meals. When I asked about it they said they are lessening their portions. They next... guy after order exactly the same meal and got 2 scoops they thing. When brought it up for the second time. All they said wassorry and gave me a 1.00 off. Read more
I was just at this place today 10/4 and the people there are amazing. They're kind, attentive, hardworking but most importantly... they kept that place clean. It smelled amazing the minute I walked in and they answered any questions I had about the food. If Icould I would give them more than 5 stars I definitely would have. Total trash. $20.50 for 2 "Quesadilla's" which were basically 2 tortillas toasted with a pinch of cheese and chips with guac. ... What a joke. Read more
I usually don?t complain about fast food restaurants, but the last 3 times we?ve had chipotle the chips were days old stale. And... no joke all FOUR of our dishes had multiple hairs in them. The first and second hair my daughter and I assumed was our own untilmy son and husband found hairs in their as well. We live 15 miles away and didn?t see this until we got home home and of coursecan?t get customer service on the phone so this was my last resort to make sure everyone was warmed before eating here. Missing sides for our order that we paid extra for. Since the bag is sealed there is no way to verify that our order is... complete. I usually don?t leave reviews because all humans make a mistake every once in awhile but mistakes seem to beconsistent here. The sides (sour cream, guacamole, etc.) make the dry meat in the quesadilla palatable. At least my dog got atreat tonight! Read more
Not (yet) nearly as bad as the Lancaster location, but slowly going downhill. Attached is a photo of curly black hairs (not from... my family) in my meal. After this photo was taken I found two more at the bottom of my bowl. Last month we got take out, and mykid?s meal had no meat or cheese, literally all they put was the tortillas.
