I prefer to go during the off times. We got there around 2 pm and were promptly seated. Our server was both prompt and... attentive. Food came out quickly and everything was well made. So today is my birthday, I am disabled. My caregiver called around so we could we could get something nice, I was not aware of... the app but she spoke to the manager and he said if I have ID they would allow it this once but I would need the app next time.Myself and my caregiver thought that was really nice and I was grateful. We got there having not gone to this place before, wefollowed the server to the table. My caregiver let him know it was my birthday and we asked what meal was the birthday one, hesaid he didn't deal with that and left :/ we sat there another 20 mins before he came back, he was very short with us, wefinally got to order, he brought two wrong things and had a really bad manner with us, I didn't even complain. He kept making uswait and the only time he was kinda nice is when the manager was close by. My caregiver went to go pay for hers and they toldher the birthday meal had been changed, she explained that she asked the server before hand and he said nothing about it. I feltvery disheartened as it was the first time I had been there and the very first time I did a birthday thing. I told my caregiverI would pay her back and I also will not return there. We did not act rude or bad to anyone. We both remained polite the entiretime. I don't know why we had been treated like that but I can say I will never offer payment to a establishment that treatscustomers poorly. I never partake in birthday freebies other then coffee which I was unable to do because they wanted the app. Idid this time and it made me feel bad because of this experience. Read more

Waitstaff was super fast and friendly. There was six in our group for a business meeting. The place was very busy but we got our... beverages quickly and our food order was taken within ten minutes or so. Food came out hot and all our orders were donecorrectly. Our waitress checked on us often and my coffee cup was never empty. Prices were reasonable and the food wasdelicious. Definitely an above average experience for a chain restaurant. Read more
Went to Denny's with my lovely lady Pam. The service was excellent and staff very pleasant. We told our wait staff that the food... was exceptionally good and presentation was enticing. People are always willing to write when things aren't good but we shouldbe just a quick to give Kudos when they are deserved. We ate at Denny's on Hawthorne Street because we get good food and staffis professional. Thank you from happy customers. Read more
My daughter really wanted to go to Denny?s tonight for dinner. The food and waitress as always was wonderful, however the cooks... could really use an update on following order arrangements. Our waitress was constantly having to apologize for their lack ofpaying attention. We had 3 families come in 10-15 minutes after our order had been placed that ALL received their drinks,appetizers, and MEALS before our meals even hit the cooktop!! Seriously!!! Kudos to our waitress for how she kept things lightand relaxed when she could see we were clearly frustrated and getting hangry. Read more
Glad I didn?t pay for it? WATER GLASS HAD NASTY FOOD RESIDUE THAT I DRANK THANK YOU! Sat there for 9 minutes before someone... even said a word to us and when they did they asked if I was ready. I HAD MY MENU CLOSED THE LAST 4 minutes because I was tryingto get someone to come over! Water glass sat on the edge of the table until our food arrived because the service was that bad.But after the what? Broccoli grains in my water glass I will not return. Good for video poker. The restaurant is, well it's Denny's. It's not a terrible place. Unless you are staying at the best... western in the parking lot. I say this because your complimentary breakfast is a voucher to Denny's. I have always had a badexperience at this location in that instance. Read more
