A bit slow but can't bet the deals two pizzas for $12, totally worth it. Pizza Hut is over priced & last time I ordered from... there they gave me the wrong thing, which is not good cause the tomato sauce in general makes me sick after I asked for whitesauce several times. Read more
I normally have no problems with Domino?s. But when I called yesterday about my order that was ordered earlier in the day for... delivery at 5 pm, they not only sent my pizza to the wrong place but told me to pick it up that it?s my fault that they didn?tdeliver it??? When I went to pick it up, IT WASN?T EVEN MY ORDER, also the female I spoke to at 7:30 pm, was rude anddisrespectful. She should be fired for the way she speaks to people. Okay - I don't know the name of the girl working the drive through window today around 1:30pm at this dominos but she absolutely... made my day. She is hilarious. Her customer service was something else. Seriously so kind! It was really great and refreshing tosee such a laughing, smiling, and joyful person working at a restaurant! I have ordered from the Domino?s Pizza on Commercial Street SE while staying at the Phoenix Inn Suites Salem while in town on... business. The service is always fast and friendly and the food was always delivered hot, fresh, and delicious. You can evenmake a trip and take some great food and eat at Silver Falls State Park which is only about 25 miles to the East. If you aregoing to be in town and are in the mood for pizza and such, then I definitely recommend trying this shop. Read more
About 6 months ago their products were often a hit or miss, especially their 8 piece chicken, sometimes it would be as... advertised and other times half the pieces were so small I questioned if they were crumb or chicken! ...However I've hadwonderful delivery and service the last few times and wanted to give a good review to let people know that something has changedat this location, idk what it is but it's wonderful. The drivers are super friendly and fast. The food is piping hot, fresh, andexactly what I ordered every time. I'm very happy to say that this store is my go-to-place now whenever I'm in the mood forpizza. I use the website to place my order, so I can't speak for the phone or the app experiences when it comes to ordering. Ihaven't had an issue getting exactly what I ordered but that could be because its very easy to use the website to customize andmight be more difficult on the phone to double check everything. I recommend using the website if you have that option. Read more
