We loved the Hawaiian time in Eugene and were so excited to have one in West Salem, however the quality and attentiveness is not... the same. No more beef, sad but I can live with that. However, prices keep going up but the amount of chicken keeps going down.Some days it?s dryer than a desert and some days it seems fresh. Very inconsistent. My last visit, the chicken was so stringy, Iwas gagging. Update 10/1 - food was good but I bit down very hard onto a bone. Now I?ve got tooth pain. Hoping I didn?t crackmy tooth. Read more
We absolutely love this place. Kahlua pork is always a great option, but recently I?ve fallen for the Huli Huli chicken. Great... Mac salad as well. Always fast with friendly staff. Read more
Love the volcanic chicken, but the "Sriracha shortage we have to charge extra" thing is getting very old. Tons of options for... heat better than Sriracha out there. Read more
Food is delicious but it does not seem like they care about the customer. Showed up a couple months ago and ordered our favorite... plate with veggies. They said that they had a big catering order so they would not be making veggies that day. No discount forthe inconvenience, no apology. Yesterday my wife said she was craving HT. I checked Google to see if they were open and it saidthat they were. Made the 20 minute drive one and there was a sign on the door saying they were short staff and now closed onMondays. I wish they would have taken three minutes to update their hours on Google as it would?ve saved me 40 minutesround-trip. Read more

They have an awesome selection... of Hawaiian Plate Lunch items, perfectly prepared, and ready to serve. We selected for take out today. Dear Hawiian Time, I paid almost $18 for this meal...I ordered Extra chicken and Extra veggies. The pile on the right is mostly... rice and I have a whopping 10 pieces of chicken. This is ridiculous and there is absolutely no more meat or veggies than if Ihad paid the regular amount for this food. You did however manage to give me my weights worth of rice and mac...and I said noMac. This is the 2nd time this has happened out of the last 2 visits. We are 0/2 for correct orders. ???? Read more
Placed an online order in order to avoid the drive thru wait times. After waiting 30 minutes I arrived at the restaurant only to... discover that they closed the lobby. So now we have to wait an additional 20 minutes in the drive thru in order to get our coldfood. Tasty food, but not worth the wait. Read more
