Have been to this location three times in the last year. Each time I went they were not open. No cars in the parking lot, nobody... to take your order from the drive-thru. And this was during posted operating hours. Got smart decided to call first this time,called twice and nobody picked up the phone. Guess they must be permanently shut down. Get this, now the owner wants me to leavea review on their site. So, my review here isn't good enough? How about this, I did try to leave a review on your review site,but your review site does not allow me to leave a review because my experience is not included in the list of experiences. Went there yesterday around 5:00 pm. Sat in the drive thru, saying hello to the speaker quite a few times. Then decided to... drive to window. The place looked deserted. Why are there no signs posted anywhere that the place is closed down? Maybestaffing issues, anything? Very disappointed! Next time I will go to another one. This location has really stepped up their game. Customer service is way better than it was previously. The food is freshly... cooked. I ate at this location over the weekend and this morning and the food was really good. Read more
They close at random times. I show up hours before close times and the drive thru person says there closed. I must have great... timing or the employees close when they want. Read more

This location just needs to be shut down already. Hours and staffing are so inconsistent which I can look past most of the time... except today. Tonight my wife just wanted some of the tacos and luckily it was open (for once). Waited for the car in front tofinish there $40+ order which took only 5 mins. Once arrived at the box to order we were told "Sorry we're closed now" and thenpromptly ignored. You would think they would make an exception for the extra business but not tonight apparently. Spent a pretty penny and they were out of ketchup. The cashier didn?t tell me nicely either. Can?t they outsource ketchup from... us chef store if they run out? Just sucks to eat my meal without it and spend so much. Oh well. Other times have been okay. Read more
