Every time we come to this location they are out of something. A couple times they didn?t have 1 dollar bills to give my change.... Or they don?t have pizza, 20 minute wait or online orders only. The employees don?t seem to know what they?re doing they alwaysseem confused. Tonight we asked for the $6 meal deal and were told that was online only but it doesn?t say that on the menu andthe other local locations do it?? So unprofessional. Gives little Caesar?s a bad look. Quick and easy, but the prices are going up and the quality is going down. Last pizza I got had too much sauce and found the... reason when I got to the sauce less other half. The 2 visits prior had other issues with quality (same can be said acrossmultiple locations, not just this one). The people are always nice but I get the feeling they are understaffed and overwhelmed. Read more

I was in Salem and decided to use my T-Mobile Tuesday offer which I can't use at my local LC. The pizza was Hot-and-Ready before... the estimated pickup time and they had crushed red pepper and cheese at the counter. I appreciate that, great job! Read more

Wow, as I?ve been formulating my words for this review, I?m still met with disbelief about this poor service. I ordered through... Little Caesars, which was scheduled to be delivered. I never received it, despite being notified that my order was dropped off.Nobody called me to let me know they had dropped it off, nor did they say where. I?ve tried to call the store at least fivetimes now? no answer, and their voicemail box is full. I then tried to call Little Caesar?s corporate customer service, andafter nearly half an hour of waiting on the line, I gave up. Certainly a lot of frustration for one mediocre pizza. I door dashed my order today and ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza & they sent us a cheese plain pizza & not only... that I have called at LEAST 15 times in a row yet no answer I can?t go down to the place because I don?t have a car hence doordashing.
