It's okay, it WAS better. Now they don't put the teriyaki sauce on your chicken, so now you have to pay extra for it even though... it's in the pictures they have on the wall. The portion size is good but the chicken is very fatty and has ligaments stillattached, so if your looking for that chewy texture it's good but if not like me, than the quality is pretty bad. So sad to see this place change owners. Food quality has dropped and customer service is terrible. I placed an order online... through their website today, showed up 27 minutes later. The new owner was working the counter herself, I stood at the pick upwindow for several minutes before she even acknowledged me. When I told her my name, she said not ready. I noticed what lookedlike my order sitting on the counter in the area where the kitchen pushes out the food. I said OK and started waiting. Severalother orders came out of the kitchen, which she probably called out the names and numbers for people, but the order that looklike mine state sitting there. I tried to ask her about it, but she would not even acknowledge me and kept helping other people.Around 10 minutes later, she finally bagged up what I thought was mine and called out my name. I told her thank you but yourealize that my order has been sitting there the entire time that I?ve been standing here waiting, and she just turned aroundand walked off.. Read more
Simple tasty food. Quick service. The bowls are about $10 and are plenty for me. Larger plates available for bigger appetites
Love love teriyaki has really gone downhill. The chicken tastes like dried sandpaper and I ordered extra teriyaki sauce only for... a glob of gelatin sauce to come out of the container, for extra $ of course. Disgusting. Won't eat here again. Read more
This was $9.00. Take as you will. Yes, Grubhub does add to the cost, but 2 sweet and sour packets for these crab puffs? This... just isn't acceptable even if this was just $5.00. Also you need to do better when reading the orders and make sure all the foodis included. Thank you for responding to my review though. The fact that you care enough to respond says a lot. I'm upgradingthis review to 4 stars. Subsequent orders have been very good. I don't think I'll order the crab puffs again at least fordelivery, but in general the food has been good. Read more
Did not live up to expectations. We came because my partner said they use to eat there many years back & was delicious.... Unfortunately, no one left loving their order. The most decent item was the sweet sour chicken order which doesn't really tastelike the regular ssc. The chicken was dry, the shrimp in the soba was overcooked, tough, and flavorless. Service was neithergreat nor terrible considering the gal was handling several delivery orders by herself and businesses are shortstaffedeverywhere. Either way, do not plan on returning. Read more
