I seldom order fast food but was in a hurry to get food for my two littles. I did a mobile order and one of my little guys... decided he wanted a burger instead of nuggets. When I went in to pick the food up they were extremely busy and I asked ifthere?s was any way to swap my order. The lady at the front counter was very kind and was able to take care of it. Stopped in on an adventure for breakfast. Thought I would charge my phone while I ate. All outlets were either covered or turned... off. This looked like an anti homeless establishment, which I find to be incredibly insensitive to the current state of ourcountry and down right rude to travelers. Will never recommend this location. Better eat fast and hope you don't have stomachissues that make you have to eat slow. Paying customer means nothing. Read more
I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. I waited over an hour in the drive thru before I could order, got to the order screen, .they... told me they take cash only but I had a coupon from the owner when they messed my order up previously. They wouldn't accept thecoupon let alone wouldn't let me order what I wanted because it was after 2am, after waiting in drive through since 1am. Worstservice ever. This McDonald's messes up a large % of their orders. I can't remember the last time I ended up here and they got an order... complete. But, they are consistent. Just go to the McDonald's north of this one on Commercial. This time: Happy Meal. Camewithout the requested Sauce, Fries, and Apple Slices. I would have ended up without the milk, had I not specifically asked forit. There is nobody there who takes ownership of checking if orders are complete or accurate. Fire them all. Read more
Went late at night. Drive thru line was super long...15 cars in front of me. Took over 30 min to order. When i was done still... over 10 cars in line. Order was taken quickly, but not ready when i finally got to the window :-| i had to go park And wait forthe order, another 5 or so minutes. Now, I absolutely understand the shortage on employees. But does the shortage need to affect the food??? I ordered a deluxe... quarter pounder with no tomatoes. What did I get? A bun. This could be the worst McDonald?s that I have ever came to. You have to push a button to be asked to come in the restaurant.... Then you have to get permission to get into the restroom. Then you have to push a button to get out of the restroom because thedoors lock. I asked the lady at the register why is all these locks having to be here. She tells me because of the homeless.
