Really enjoy MOD. However, they should have the list of ingredients that they have to offer there for you, posted visible for... customers to see. They don't, and expect you to just know & identity anything & everything you want. For new people to theirestablishment, that is not cool at all. Wouldn't suggest ordering online. asked for spinach & literally got three pieces. Youcould count each ingredient on one hand, and there weren't many so... Done it twice, big issues both times. Not going for thirdtime a charm... I just go in and watch them make it. Otherwise, the pizza is great!! I love it! Love that I can get roastedgarlic on my pizza! The staff is friendly. MOD is great and we?ve had it several times! I really like that you pay a flat amount for the kind of pizza, and all the... toppings are free, so you can customize the pizza however you want without having to pay extra. It?s outrageous that othercompanies charge a few dollars per extra topping when the pizza itself is already $25+. But I digress. This place is especiallygreat if you?re trying to feed several people, and no one can agree on what toppings to get. They have several kinds of crusts,and lots of fresh toppings. The staff is friendly. Sometimes, the crust is a bit burnt, but it?s not the end of the world. WhenI went yesterday after we ordered online , I had to wait probably about an additional 10-12 minutes past the time they provided,and after they asked for the name used for the order, it turned out that the pizza had been sitting to the side, not in the areadesignated for online orders. Very Loud The first thing I noticed upon getting out of my vehicle was how loud it was outside. Upon entering I realized it was... coming from within this Pizza restaurant. It was almost deafening. I could hardly hear the staff talking, and they could barelyhear me. Due to this my order came out small. I really liked all of the pizza toppings, and build your pizza options, but themeats and vegetables seemed to be all mixed in together. Which is really bad if we're talking cross contamination, allergies, orvegan. The smell was amazing and mouthwatering. You can see as the pizza is being placed and cooked in their oven. Therestaurant itself is very spacious, and has comfortable wall sofas. Sadly the loud noises made this first time experience farless desirable than what it should have been. My friends and I couldn't sit to enjoy our meals nor converse. It was like tryingto eat at a construction site. Read more
The slogan is ?This is not a pizza place, it?s a people place? and I agree. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff are all... very nice and fun to talk to as a customer. But the pizza itself is pretty bland. It was about $8-9 for one person, so a decentprice but the taste overall is not good enough to have again. I?d only go back because the employees are great, and therestaurant is very hip. Not going back for the food. Read more
