Been going to Nancy?s for several years to dine in. Very disappointed this time because of the quality of the burger. Ordered a... bacon cheeseburger with everything except ketchup. Got a cold bun and dry, barely warm meat patty with no bacon or tomato. Therewas ketchup on the bun, which I didn?t want. The fries were excellent. I know it?s hard to get and retain good staff so I?mhoping management will help the staff do better, I?m sure they want to succeed. Read more
My favorite burger joint. Love the large patties. I get my burgers protein style, or wrapped as a lettuce wrap instead of a bun.... I've never had a complaint. So good, so so good. Get a large burger, get bacon and whatever else you want. I like grilledonions, pickle, ketchup, mustard, and jalapenos for a hint of kick. I would recommend to anyone over and burger in town, and ifyou enjoy French fries, get yourself a bag of fries while here. I always have fries to take home and enjoy later. A++++++ ???? Read more
Ordered a burger basket which was fine for the money. Ordered a second hamburger with toppings my husband likes. However,... after getting home with this take-out order, his burger was incorrectly made or was intended for someone else. He did not getthe grilled mushrooms or grilled onions as ordered. My suggestion is to check your orders if using take out. Verydisappointed. Too bad NancyJo?s does not have a customer service number or ability to give direct feedback. Read more
These people have no concept of running a company its first come first serve not serve when I feel like it. This burger joint well exceeded my expectations and I have no doubt it will exceed yours! The exterior of the restaurant is... unremarkable however, it is the inside of this place where, hands down, the best hamburgers and French Fries in Salem &surrounding cites are crafted! Bring your appetite! Your hunger is guaranteed to be satisfied with the portion sizes. Thefrench fries are so good and plentiful in a large order that they're a meal all on their own! I had the double patty with allthe fixins (my mouth just started to water). I didnt think I could do it but, I managed to finish the whole thing. I can?t believe my disappointment in this restaurant. First I call to place order to go and phone rings 39 times. A women... finally answers and places me on hold for 21 minutes. I am ordering while sitting in parking lot and when she finally is readyto take my order she keeps interrupting and saying is that it after everything I order. No wonder I got an adult corn doginstead of kids. 3 Hogg fries when I wanted 3 large fries and I was told $65.99 on phone but got told $70.90 when I got in thereand that?s after I tried to correct my order and she was like it had already been made so you will have to wait 20 mins for yourkids corn dog. Then I go outside to keep my kids out of other guests and another customer comes to tell me she thinks my orderis ready. Really unprofessional service and I will spend my 70 somewhere else and I guess you really don?t care because you arealways busy at least that?s what the cashier women said. Read more
Nancy Jo's is similar to 5 Guys except your supporting a locally owned business. They have some additional menu items also. The... German sausage corn dogs are amazing. They have onion rings, a BLT, Handmade shakes and smoothies. A very good burger. The onlybummer is no peanuts. Read more
