Every time we order, it takes double the time we are advised. My wife eats Gluten Free so this is one of her favorites but by... the time I get home, our food from another place is cold. No matter how busy they are, it?s always the same issue. So it?s not a?give them grace, they?re busy? type of situation. This has happened over half a dozen times now before I left this review. I ordered online and they said they never got the order and asked me if I was sure I ordered at the correct location. Then they... actually checked their computer and there the order was. So I got it 30 minutes late, no apology or discount. It was alsosubpar. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and the sauce is breaking though in multiple places. It?s also horribly greasy. Read more
Yum, yum, and more yum! We ordered the green monster and it was loaded with fresh ingredients! Probably one of the best pizzas... I?ve ever had! A bonus was that they delivered to our rv campsite at Salem Premier RV park! Nice delivery kid! Thanks Odd Moe?syou are doing everything right in times when service and quality are very hit and miss. Normally get great pizza from here. Garlic parm sauce needs a look guys. I normally get the allstar 4 and garlic parm wings. The... sauce on both was super thin and had a large vinegar taste too it. Not appetizing at all. Please give that a look. Read more
First impressions are important ... and mine here (WEST SALEM) were pretty poor. I ordered online for pickup and was given a... time to pick up the order. When I arrived, just a couple minutes after the stated ready time, they looked surprised and therewas some hushed conversation in the back. One guy, on his way out with deliveries said to me as he passed by me that he wassorry, they had a lot of new help they were training. Then, from behind the counter, I was told it would be ready in 9 minutesand was asked if I could come back. Fine, no biggie. Went to the bank, came back more than 10 minutes later. Again, there wassome confusion when I gave my name, then I was handed two boxes, but the staff member looked sheepish. I should have checkedthen and there. Left West Salem, drove home home in south Salem and found the half Hawaiian, half pepperoni pizza to be lookingdelicious. The other pizza, a greek, looked very fresh ... but also hardly cooked. Peppers and mushrooms were still crisp.Cheese was barely melted. Not only that, the dough was soggy (likely from the pretty crisp veggies). Veggies were piled high -which is nice in a way, but being that they were uncooked and the crust was soft, everything pretty much slid off. Beyond that,I had subbed pepperoni with pepperoncini peppers , yet there were none of those to be found on the pizza. I could have made abetter Greek pizza at home, to be honest. On the plus side, the pepperoni/Hawaiian 1/2-and-1/2 was really good. I just thinkthey rushed it on the Greek pizza and I would have preferred them to be straight up honest with me about the time and/or issuerather than serve me what they did. Read more
This has been my regular place for pizza, but I'm going to have to think about ordering from them again. The pizza and wings... were just fine; no problems there. HOWEVER: This was supposed to be a pickup order, and I stood in their lobby for over 45minutes before someone finally approached me to tell me that something had gone wrong. One of the delivery drivers picked it upand took it out for delivery! Very nice, except there was no one home at my place that evening. So what does this deliverydriver do? Leave it on my doorstep, where it sat for almost an hour getting cold before I got home. It could have been stolen,and kinda surprised that it wasn't. They were really busy that evening but this sort of thing should not happen. They eitherneed a order tracking system or delivery drivers who can read. Read more

I called in my order earlier today and the woman on the phone said my pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. I drove to odd moes in... West Salem to pick-up my food and was told it would not be ready for another 25 minutes. Unbelievable !!!! It was bad enough Ihad to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the 25 minutes So, a total of 45 minutes waiting for a pizza I called in. Thatwas not the worst part it was the attitude of the young people working there. This is the second time I had young employeesdisrespecting customers like myself. Totally uncall for . Even the manager was rude to a older mature woman who was also waitingfor her pizza's for 45- 50 minutes. The manager was arguing with the older lady because she wanted a refund. The customer had aright to ask for her money back and not get an Attitude from the manager. The employees act like it is the customers problembecause they are busy. Maybe you should not tell customers your pizza will be ready in 25 minutes if it is going to take 45- 50minutes, how about that ?? I made a complaint to the owner over a year ago about a similar problem and he said to please givethem another chance and gave somen $15 credit. No more chances .
