I just bought 3 pizzas, 2 of them were the special ny pizzas. They were awful, both stuck to the baking dish and didn't cook... evenly. So they came up in pieces. I get that they are New York thin but some areas was so thin there was practically no dough. What a waste Read more

It's always good! It honestly is one of the only places I go to that doesn't mess something up on my order every time I visit!!... I typically don't eat pizza but when I do, it's. Only from Papa Murphys! Read more

So we have been coming to this Papa Murphy's for the 5 years we've lived in West Salem. They have always had good quality pizza... and excellent customer service...until today. And today will be our last day ever going there. We have been getting the NewYorker pizza for a while now but have them put it on thick crust rather than thin crust. Sounds like no big deal right?Apparently it is to the manager who refused to let us have it on thick crust and insist we have it on thin crust. Well I don'tWANT it on thin crust and I am willing to pay the extra charge for the thicker crust. But no... This manager needs to take alesson in customer service from his wonderful employees who have always made it for us. Or better yet, give them the promotionto manager as they obviously treat customers better than the manager. To all the employees...thank you for your service over thelast 5 yrs. #customerserviceiseverything If you found my review helpful please like. ???????? Read more

We just called the Papa Murphy's in West Salem (@ 8:40PM) and they close at 9:00PM. Obviously that is cutting it close but we... were searching for a quick dinner solution since our day was filled with work and taking our child to doctor appointments. Weasked if they were still accepting orders for pizzas. The employee that answer sounded upset and inconvenienced. She said thatthey had several pizzas ahead and that "we cannot technically say "no" bbbuuuttt". We apologized for the inconvenience and shestill sounded irritated with our wanting to be a customer this evening. She sounded like she was upset in speaking to us andwhen the conversation began to end it seemed that she could not get off of the phone quick enough. Sidenote: Even though itdoes not matter, but we ALWAYS tip a lot (especially during the current situation) and we are frequent customers to thatlocation. I have been in customer service for almost 20 years and the store closes when the last customer has been taken careof. I do not believe that we will be spending our money at this location going forward. The management should be encouragingtheir employees to take care of each and every customer and should make a cut off of when they stop taking orders INSTEAD ofallowing their employees to be incredibly rude. While it was the actions of the employee that made us feel inclined to write areview, this all lands on the training and accountability of the leadership of this business. With all of the businessesclosing and the uncertain future of another potential shut down, I would recommend creating business and providing above averagecustomer service. I sincerely hope that you take this opportunity to retrain your team and reset the exceptions or I pray thatyour business continues through this pandemic and economic crisis. Best of Luck! Read more
