So disappointed with tonight's pizza. Called over the phone to place in order for dine in and asked for pan crust. Showed up and... it was on hand tossed. Although the girl asked my husband and I if we wanted a credit for a free pizza next visit or they couldremake it. So we asked to have it remade. I didn't know it was going to be that big of a deal or a problem. They brought it backout after they made it only for it not to be made right again. It was supposed to be half pep and half meat lovers. Thepepperoni side was cut in very big slices and the meat lovers side was cut in tiny pieces like; Like the pepperoni slices weremost the pizza with tiny little meat lovers slices. We felt so disrespected, like don't offer to remake it if you're going to bethat upset about it and make it wrong again and not even cut it correctly. Definitely won't be going there again. Read more
As a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I generally dislike any of the chain/ fastfood style pizza restaurants. However, after... at least 10 years since my last slice of Pizza Hut pizza, I was pleasantly surprised! It was well prepared and presented and hada very good balanced flavor. So gonna have to give them a big thumbs up! Read more
In the comments section of each pizza, I wrote "well done" hoping for a crisper crust. However, when we got the pizza, it was... almost burnt looking and hard to chew. We could not eat the pizza and will unfortunately have to throw it out because we aren'table to eat it the way it is. What a shame because we love pizza hut. Read more
Good pizza, but disappointed often. Breadsticks are often sold out due to meals deals purchasers--plus, the spicy pizza that was... favored best by me isn't even available anymore. Majorly disappointed, because it was super spicy and super yummy! Also, wouldbe great if pizza was sprinkled with cheese after toppings are added, so that toppings don't fall off so easily. Toppingsfalling off with each bite isn't very fun ???? Other than those issue, we do appreciate the store being open later like (whatused to be the norm for most businesses before this Covid, let's suddenly fear viruses, be afraid, insanity), so that uslater-evening patrons can eat decently yummy pizza--thank you! Also, the employees are very friendly, too, even though excusesare made for why breadsticks are unavailable for purchase later at night...but that also boils down to management decision. Read more
The Pizza was not good. Ordered Thin/Crispy crust and got Doughy and Soft crust. Added extra ingredient/sausage at an extra cost... and was hard to find on the pizza. Used to prefer Pizza Hut but their quality of product has declined. The competition isleaving them behind as there are alot better Pizza places out there to choose from. Read more
Pizza is delicious!! Fast and friendly service!! Simple drive from the freeway, Will definitely come back.
My son and stopped in for lunch. The young lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. She took the time to explain the... pricing of the buffet compared to ordering from the menu. The place was clean, inviting and peaceful. Read more
