Placed an order online at 7:03. Apparently there was a glitch on the online oreder and it marked me as a pick up instead of a... delivery. so we waited and hour and 15 minutes, then I tried calling the location to see if the order was on it's way yet.. noanswer after trying repeatedly for 15 more minutes. Finally pushed 1 to "order" and they picked up. I enquired about my orderand the girl said oh just a minute and then put an apparent supervisor on the line. He casually informed me that they had thrownmy order out an hour ago when I didn't show up (no attempt to call my number which they clearly had as they used it to look upthe order). Had they called first I would have asked for delivery. I think the thing that is really bothering me is the verycasual who cares attitude of the gentleman I was speaking to. He suggested that I re place the order (and get charged another$48 on my card) and that my first order would eventually be refunded. No sorry for the mix up, sorry we didn't call you toverify you are coming or not, etc. Poor customer servive seems to be the hallmark of retailers today. Needless to say, I do notrecommend and will not be ordering from them again. Read more

My pizza was set for contactless delivery at 6 pm. By 630 I had not heard ANY doorbell or knock. I decided to look for my food... and found it COLD on my porch. Whoever brought it could have rung the bell OR knocked. Very disappointed! Read more

Ordered a pizza, wings and pasta. They forgot the wings and the pizza was smashed to the top of the box have called them several... times and no answer. I would not recommend this location to anyone in the future. Read more

Absolutely the worst experience with a pizza establishment. First they forgot items in the order then after trying to call... consistently for almost 3 hours everytime no one answered. This the worst costumer service. So now I have paid full price for3/4 of a full meal.. Read more

The speed was awesome I got the meal in about 30 minutes or so, but the quality of the food just wasn't there for me. The... meatball was way to much and I felt the cheese was to sparse. Read more

I put an order in on the app and they money was charged off my bank card but when I called to make sure the order went through... the night manager told us it didn?t and even though the money was taken off my card and I can prove it there is nothing theycould do about the order. So since she said there was nothing she could do I asked for her name for reference when I contactPizza Hut to resolve the issues. She responded with that I would have to call the next morning and talk to the manager Amy aboutit because she wasn?t going to give me her name. She is supposed to be a manager of a food chain and is part of an issue. If sheisn?t able or willing to fix the issue she should give her name so that the customer has reference of who she first talked toabout the issue. She was rude and disrespectful. Read more

While watching a show we saw a few commercials for pizza so I logged on to the app and ordered a pizza and a cookie. The order... process went smoothly and it accepted my payment. A short time later I logged on to check the tracker and it listed a 3 hourwait (making delivery after midnight). Feeling slightly alarmed I reached out to the store directly only to find a message thatsaid it was closed. In hoping that the store lobby was just closed and they're fulfilling the online orders and the tracker wasoff I waited also not wanting a pizza sitting on my porch all night long!! I then try to reach out to their customer serviceline and once again they were closed. I have still not heard back from anybody on whether or not I'm going to get my money backfor the food that was never delivered, Once the store closes the app should not accept orders or payment this is extremelyinfuriating!!! This is the second week in a row there was a mistake. The first one there was no extra cheese I ordered. They gave me $15 credit... for my next order which was awesome. I ordered this week and I ordered extra cheese stuffed crust. I set the delivery for 4 pm,they were ni show by 4:30. I called and they let me know they had one driver, no big but I let them know they should have a textalert or something for their customers. I got my order and there is no way there is the 24 oz of cheese they say the stuffedcrust has plus the extra cheese I ordered on this pizza. One more of these and I won't order form them anymore. They need tolook at papa Murphy's and dominos for topping comparison. Read more
