This Popeye?s has the absolute worst service. If you can go to another location, I would. The only reason I?m giving two stars... instead of one is because of their food. We LOVE their chicken and their Mac n cheese is simply mouthwatering. Best Mac n cheeseever!! But this is the ONLY reason we keep coming back. Good humans work here. I first want to mention the most important thing to me. I was having a REALLY hard day, figured I would... order myself some red beans and rice because NO ONE makes them better. I ordered a couple other things for my family. When I gothome and unloaded my order I found a few little things of butter with friendly sayings and smiley faces. It meant THE WORLD tome. I don't think anything in my order particularly required butter. I hope this gets to the person who put them in my order asI couldn't reach the location when I tried to call and thank them. When we approached the drive thru and they didn?t have the large container of mac and cheese, my mother and I should?ve left. We... ordered 2 small Mac and Cheeses and one Biscuit. The total was slightly over $10! 10 dollars for just that! Now, their food isheavenly, and this was no exception. What we got for 10 dollars is the reason I?m writing this review. The photo show one of theMac and Cheeses we ordered, which costs around $4. Not full in the slightest. Food is great, service was eh. We went through the drive through and asked for the 20 piece tender family meal, and was told... they don't do that and was asked if we were looking at a menu online. It's literally on the drive through menu and told thelady that, but was just told they don't do that. It's one thing if it's not offered anymore, tell us that. We went through the drive through and ordered the chicken sandwich combo (original and spicy) and both were perfect. The fries... were crispy and seasoned just right. I asked for a packet of mayo and the woman at the window went through the trouble ofgetting a container and putting mayo in it for me (I guess they didn't have any packets?). The drinks weren't chocked full ofice... I hate when there is more ice than beverage. Overall, the meal, and the girl at the pickup window were great. Theperson taking the order, however, was not so friendly, so that's why the one star deduction. Definitely would eat here again,though. Quick, efficient, and delicious! Update: 7/11/22 Three stars They must have new employees. Not quick, not efficient,but still delicious!! Gave us honey packets and mustard dip when we ordered the chicken sandwiches with fries? I think ketchupwould've been a better option. Also ordered half unsweetened/sweetened tea, but I think they forgot the unsweetened part. Notgonna let this experience stop me from visiting again. ???? Was surprised how the lobby was closed due to staff shortage. When trying to order via drive through, the staff seemed very rush... and I did not feel like I can take my time reading the menu. The spicy chicken sandwich is the go to item we ordered everysingle time. We were disappointed that they no longer carry Cajun rice. Read more
Every time I go it is excellent customer service, they always have a smile on their faces and are super sweet. The food is... always excellent, it does take some time but good food takes time! Popeyes has the best biscuits around and they have the bestfried chicken Read more
.47 cents Stopped my $20 order AND they gave swindled me on the sandwich!!! I ordered a sandwich combo, for the side -... rice. Then I added two sides - mash & coleslaw. I went to hand her $20, she said $20.47. I was a little surprised at the cost,but looked because I thought I might have change. Also, I come about weekly and never not had enough. They wouldn't let mehave it AND I get back to work and find instead of a sandwich, they gave me a strip of chicken between bread! It's like a onepiece with bread, so half the bread had no chicken! I always order a chicken sandwich and get the usual patty so I know I'm notwrong. I left with just the sandwich, but not really, side and one large side and drink. Why didn't I get what I ordered?!!!
