I first had this place during the ice storm of Feb 2020, when power was out for much of Salem. They fed us when our stove... wouldn't turn on, and the food was just so good that I've been going back about every 1.5weeks for the last 2 years. Somerecommendations: * Miramar burrito for a good wet burrito * The mexican pizza is next-level * The roasted jalapeno appetizer aresome of the best jalapenos out there. Found Rancho Miramar during the 2021 freeze and have been a regular since. Their menu makes it really easy to order vegetarian.... The Mexican pizza, jalapenos with queso and fries are so dang good and 100% recommend. The staff is always friendly and verykind and the restaurant and restroom is always clean. We regularly order food for take out and it's always packaged well. Thankyou Rancho Miramar for being a true gem in Salem! Read more
Fantastic. Great little place off the beaten path. Very delicious food and good service. We enjoyed the Tacos Carbon and Tacos... Miramar. The carne was tender and delicious and the shrimp were perfectly cooked and in a tasty sauce. Prices were also decent.Would definitely return!! Read more

Great food. Love this place. Would be a five star review but they are EXTREMELY stingy with their hot sauce which is... infuriating. I'm tired of not getting the hot sauce I request. I'm paying $15 for a burrito. You can afford 3-5 hot sauces. Hadto add my own hot sauce. Not the same:( Read more

This is absolutely my favorite Mexican restaurant of all time. I grew up in SoCal and lived in Tucson for 5 years but nothing in... either of those locations can live up to Rancho Miramar. The salsa is fresh and you can tell that they make their own refriedbeans. The rice is perfect. The people are super friendly and the service is awesome. But what really makes me excited aboutthis place is their quesabirria tacos. I recently heard about these in some local Facebook groups, and I tried them at otherrestaurants before I discovered Rancho Miramar. The first time I had them here was also when I stopped looking for the bestbecause I had found it. We've since been back here many times and are never disappointed.
