Been waiting 52 minutes to get acknowledged by literally anyone after sat at my table. They gave me 4. F o u r French fries and... have ignored me since. Their tablet thing doesn't work either. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Used to be my favoriterestaurant too. Read more

Waiting over 5 mins no one was in online pickup area. Everyone than came in tried ringing the bell but still no one came to... help. I felt that food was just sitting in the kitchen and he only brought one order at a time and kept saying "i gotta bag emup" then wouldn't come back for a long time. My pickup was at 4:11. Arrived at 4:09. Didn't get my food till 4:32pm. One ladychecked to make sure her burgers didn't have have cheese or tomato and yet they all did. All he said was "oh sorry i didn't makethese the guys in kitchen messed up." Then didn't offer to go back and remake them. She stormed out. He wouldn't take people'snames down who were picking up.
