Waiting over 5 mins no one was in online pickup area. Everyone than came in tried ringing the bell but still no one came to... help. I felt that food was just sitting in the kitchen and he only brought one order at a time and kept saying "i gotta bag emup" then wouldn't come back for a long time. My pickup was at 4:11. Arrived at 4:09. Didn't get my food till 4:32pm. One ladychecked to make sure her burgers didn't have have cheese or tomato and yet they all did. All he said was "oh sorry i didn't makethese the guys in kitchen messed up." Then didn't offer to go back and remake them. She stormed out. He wouldn't take people'snames down who were picking up. Been waiting 52 minutes to get acknowledged by literally anyone after sat at my table. They gave me 4. F o u r French fries and... have ignored me since. Their tablet thing doesn't work either. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Used to be my favoriterestaurant too. Read more

Food was great service was even better. Burning love is my favorite burger . The service is sketchy some time . Most of the... time they get our order right. Staff was amazing. We took our four year old and he was greeted by all the staff and they were really great with him. We went... at a perfect time (3:45 on a Tuesday). Our drinks from the bar came fast. Our appetizers just as fast! Everything was fresh andhot!! Fries could have been a bigger portion but they tasted great! Read more

As you walk in the subtle lighting makes you feel warm and welcome. The host was quick and very courteous to seat us. Got us... our drinks within less than 5 minutes. After 5 minutes our server came and took our order her name was Sabrina Staver. Sweetkind and quick. It was my birthday we got my birthday burger my birthday Sunday and my husband also ordered a burger came withendless fries the burger was cooked to perfection juicy hot and tasty. The french fries I had never tasted such perfect potatoperfection. I highly recommend this restaurant. Our time that we showed up was around 6:00 p.m. wasn't too busy.
