A cozy dining venue, in the heart of downtown. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, a broad menu rounded with sweet dessert... selections. At busier times, it can be somewhat noisy with the chatter inside, and the noise outside (traffic, automotive andpedestrian) may also catch one's notice, but it's par for the course with any dining downtown. Their pizza menu items are worthencouraging. Sweet, rich marinara sauce; cheese that's somewhat chewy without being too thick; pepperoni that's plentiful; crustthat's thin but firm enough to support folding. You can't go wrong. I also enjoyed their rosemary-seasoned french fries, servedwith cups of ketchup and aioli. Excellent as an appetizer, it must be experienced with their Italian soda that allows forflavoring that can be mixed together. For their colder, sweeter desserts, I would encourage one to try the cheesecake, or theirBontà Gelato, made regionally with rotating seasonal flavors. Read more

The food is pretty yummy, but what I find interesting, is that if you are a party of one, it seems that they will not seat you.... I am here from out of town and the last three times, I am told I cannot be seated, as there is a waitlist for tables, when thereis plenty of vacant tables. I get it they have reservations, but the tables never fill up. This time I was offered a to sit atthe bar instead. I am sitting here. There were five open tables when I arrived, and 30 minutes later, the 5 tables are stillempty. It is just odd. Read more

First time at this restaurant. Got there as the lunch crowd starting to come. I got the classic BLT. Can you really mess up a... BLT? Unfortunately, some do. Not here, this long time classic was delicious. Nice thick bacon, sweet tomato, and no wiltedlettuce. Nice touch with the avocado and pickled veggies on the side. My co-worker ordered a salad and they forgot the roastedzucchini. Because it was togo she didn't catch it right away. You might want to double check your salad before leaving. This place is a great atmosphere for business meetings or just going out for cocktails and food. They craft some pretty amazing... spirits using made in house syrups and fruit puree. The food is pretty solid as well with a lot of the things made a 100% fromscratch including the sauces. I'm a big fan of their salads, pizza's and the rueben sliders with french fries. The staff isgreat and the bartenders are very professional. It's a fun place to go. Read more

Decided to give Ritter's a first try after hearing about it from friends and family for a while now. All references have been... good and it looked like a nice atmosphere. Awesome food and service likewise. Came in with a couple friends of mine fordinner. Was seated faster than expected without booking a table prior, on what seemed to be a busy Saturday night. We were onthe wait list for just a few minutes before promptly being updated that our table was ready to go. Then we were seated upstairsby our super kind and helpful hostess. Our orders were taken by our server about 10 minutes later which I thought was greatconsidering how many tables were occupied. To my surprise our server greeted us with an apology for the wait time and was readyto take our order. We all decided on getting their Chipotle steak salads. All 3 came out in a timely manner with greatpresentation and tender steak paired with fresh tomatoes that all came together very well. Our server was also very kind andhelpful checking up on our table, and making sure we were satisfied. Needless to say I'll definitely be adding to those thatreccomend this local restaurant for good reason. Overly expensive, the seating was bleh and the chairs themselves no better. Atmosphere was pleasant and open, service was hit or... miss. It's a fast food place dedicated to acting like a restaurant, and better off being a bar. The food looks good and comeswith plenty of fries. Burger tasted good, almost worth the price. I have no idea why this place is rated so high. I ordered on door dash, before 7, on a Wednesday. My food was hot when it got... here but...my chicken sandwich burnt, brussel sprouts bunt, fries super hard and my daughters burger was rare...she orderedwell done (as did the hubby and his was well). I'm super sad that this was such a mess. I always hear good things and myexperience was far from it. The hubby even said his burger was nothing special so....no recommendation here. Read more

My experience at Ritter's was great. I arrived with my 9 month old daughter and girlfriend. I ordered the mushroom burger and... added jelepeno. Along side was my Baked brie, My girlfriend also got a burger. The service was absolutely incredible. The staffis was very friendly and nice. The environment was kind of like a library with ladders and such. Cozy and not too much for mybaby. The taste of the food was excellent, the only thing that bothered me was the amount of garlic they serve. Whole garliccloves in the meals. Kind of a lot for me. Read more
