Super nice Starbucks with Partners delivering customized and positive customer service in a very clean and well organized space... which was relaxing, encouraging and validating the individual for who they are and what they are which is a member of the familyof man. Brothers and sisters - one and all. Great coffee and a superior store culture make for the purest Starbucks Expetienceand that is for everyone who chooses to participate. We had a rewarding time talking with people whom we just met at the outdoorseating area with Oregon weather that was perfect. A nice time was had by all. Read more
This is my go to location, and the service is amazing! The people that work here are so kind. My only complaint is sometimes my... drinks are inconsistent, and like other people have mentioned, if they?re busy the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Butthat can be avoided by not going during peak times! Read more
Very nice people that works there. However when i order mango dragon fruit refresher they neglected to tell me they didnt have... dragon fruit umtil after i paid for it at the drive through. i was told that it taste the same just without the dragon fruit. It didnt taste the same, so apparently i paid $5.00+ for water with very little taste. They didn't offer to give me the waterfree. You can see on the label mango dragonfruit. But its just water. Overall, a great place that serves great drinks. Watch out for the deep puddle near the Commercial Street entrance...my BMW died... right after plowing through it once! Have been happy with drinks and service, thus far. Only gripe is tonight I went to get adrink and, even though it was verified at the speaker that I wanted a Venti, I was given a Grande. My wife in the car heard mesay and repeat Venti to the person who double checked with me about the size. When I drove up for the drink, I was being handedsomething tiny...turns out it was a Grande (something I've never seen in person at Starbucks until tonight). When I politelypointed out that I'd ordered a Venti, the person didn't apologize at all for the mistake and, rather, seemed frustrated orquietly irritated like it was my mistake and an unnecessary inconvenience. She then went back and made me the larger drink thatI always get. It was definitely not my mistake in ordering and my wife can vouch for that...it's always a "Venti Mocha CookieCrumble", because I stick with what I love. What topped off the trip was that I gave a tip out of kindness and appreciation,even though the cup was filled lower than I've ever received any of my drinks...normally they're always to the top. I find itrather ironic that this one time there was an issue that I received a drink that was on the low side...almost an inch below thetop of the cup. I left there feeling less than appreciated as an ethical and truthful person and a frequent customer who alwayssmiles, always is polite, and always tips. As I said, the place makes fantastic drinks, but the quality of the service dependson varying factors and one of them is who is making and/or serving you the drink...and possibly whether or not they think you'rein the wrong, just stressed, having a bad day, or whatever it may be.
