Ordered via app and when I got my drink it was wrong and sloppily put together (iced macchiatto) the coffee was on the bottom... and the cold foam was all over the top of the lid plus the lid wouldn't stay on and drink spilled in my car. For the pricesy'all charge for a cup of coffee we should get a quality product for the process we pay plus staff should know what they'redoing and not be rude when you ask them to remake your drink. Overall good experiences visiting Starbucks in the Salem-Keizer area in a regular basis.
They messed up my drink and instead of replacing it, gave me the ingredients in another cup, insisting they cannot remake... drinks. FTR, my drink is a mocha with whip. It's not complicated. Read more
