Disgusting customer service and restaurant is always disgusting looking food on the floor never clean. Employees don?t wash... hands. Had an absolutely miserable experience over an employee charging me 2.79 for a WATER CUP and argue with me over it thesekids making minimum wage really think they doing something. Water is free? I am not paying 2.79 for merchandise. Train youremployees. Read more

went to pick up my online order with my boyfriend and there was no one at the counter but we could see our sandwiches just... sitting there in a bag. no warmer or anything. called and could hear the phone ringing in the back but no one picked up. finally15 minutes later, some lady with red hair came out and asked how long my boyfriend was there and handed him the bag. hissandwich had more buffalo sauce than steak on it. asked her to remake mine because it was just sitting there and she said shehad to go ask. she remade it but both of my sandwiches were wrong and had hardly any vegetables. don?t know what her and hercoworkers were doing but unprofessional. I went to order a sandwich and there was no one at the counter, I waited for a couple minutes and noticed a bell so I rang it... once. A couple minutes later an older lady with short hair came out, grabbed the bell, and THREW it at the counter behind herknocking things over. And proceeded to yell "we have cameras, I could see you out here!" And I apologized and said "if peoplecan't use the bell why is it there?" She just kept saying said " that's not for you, there are cameras" then she said "Now I canhelp you if you want". I told her I wouldn't be getting anything after that, and told her she shouldn't act that way toanyone. I then went and told a walmart team lead, who said that wasn't okay,, and that she would speak to the woman's manager. Read more

Tried to order through the app using a gift card. Then it said my order could not be completed at this time. But did that stop... them from taking the money?! NO, IT DIDN'T. They we more than happy to take my $25.00 gift card balance, and $9 plus dollarsout of my account. I went in to talk to with one of the employees and she said "I'll deal with you in a minute". Deal with mehuh? Hmm interesting choice of words. I politely waited for her to build 4 sandwiches. Then finally I asked what could be doneabout this? She said go the website. I already did that, but the website wouldn't even let me submit my inquiry, I explained. Then she said just come back in 2 or 3 days and it should be fine by then. So left dumbfounded, defeated, and $34 in the hole. Thanks Subway! Read more

Well I ordered the Chicken Bacon & Ranch sub with double bacon but does it look like I got double? Nope so I spent $2.99 extra... for regular bacon & they was also outta Ranch which they didn't mention to us when we picked up our order. This place sucks &never going there again!!!!
