I asked if I could get half turkey and half roast beef (not double the meat) lady making my sandwich said yes and made it. Then... they tried to charge me for double meat. When I corrected them I was chewed out for ordering something they don't do. Then thesandwich maker got chewed out. It was horrible. Then I get my sandwich and the bread is so hard that I had to take it off to eatit. Won't be coming back. Read more

We were not greeted when we arrive. He washed his hand put on gloves before saying anything to us. Not great listening... skills. Was playing around with the 2 girls who he was working with, ordering them to do something. None of them had goodcustomer service skills. Some training need to be done. Online states this location is open until 10pm. I get to the store location at 8:48pm and the doors were locked. There was a... hand written sign that store closes at 9pm. But if I arrived 12 minutes before the door should not be locked. The companystates above their doors that door to remain unlocked during business hours. Totally unprofessional. They were still withinbusiness hours even if they closed early and they should not have locked the door. Someone walked in seconds before me and theylocked the door when I walked up. Read more

I work customer service myself and I can say from the experience I had today that all of their staff needs to be fired. You... could tell who was management because they were doing the best they could and did a great job at it. The sand which artists andcashier were angry and extremely rude despite customers taking the time to say ?hey, thanks. We appreciate you. You?re doing agreat job.? The blonde girl this morning threw a fit about my food allergy and what they would need to do for them to meet thatneed, which resulted in me not ordering food so my kids could get their meal. Surely won?t be back, and I hope others don?treceive the same terrible service that about 10 people received today. Read more

Ordered online and waited outside for curbside pickup. An employee brought my order to my car and I left. When I got home and... opened the bag, neither of my 2 sandwiches was correct. Both sandwiches should have had greens and they should have been hot. Icalled the restaurant to speak to a manager and was told the manager was working the line. I explained my situation to theemployee who told me they were out of spinach and lettuce and the grill was broken and wasn't very helpful. When I asked for themanager again the person handed them the phone and told them that "they tried." I explained again and the manager told me theywere putting notes in bags. I didn't get a note and the employee that handed me the bag said nothing. The manager said I had tobring the sandwiches back for them to do anything. I explained that was not possible. I asked if there was someone above themanager I could speak with and was told if I gave them my name and number someone would call me. It's been over a week and noone has called. This is terrible customer service to say the least. To have to bring a sandwich back when the employees alreadyknow they are in the wrong is ridiculous. Won't be going back again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Read more
