Spent $7.50 on a 6" sandwich and couldn't get a complimentary water cup. Had to talk to the "manager" who lectured me about how... all the teenagers in town come in and use all their water cups and don't buy anything! I'm obviously not a teenager, in my 40'sand JUST BOUGHT SOMETHING! She STILL proceeded to tell me to "be sure to actually get water"! I can afford a drink if I wantedone, thanks though! Ridiculous. Workers can only do what's in screen even if it's wrong and argumentive when it's wrong that it's right. Prices not consistent.... Will not be returning. Last week in drive through had order 2 sandwiches in a meal, get to window sandwiches only. Differentgirl than took order, now wants to charge full price for drinks and chips. When we say no, it was ordered in a meal we want thein the meal price answer is that's what my screen says. Manager finally fixes. Was told had to refund and charge again would seecredit on my card. But I paid with cash. Oh, um. Finally refunded cause and rung up again. This week order two sandwiches, notin a meal, since last week's mix up, being passenger each time, I know what price charged 7 days ago was, $6.79 for said wrap.Today it's $12.79. When asked, again response was well that's on my screen, prices did go up, since last week, no answer. Yes,same worker in window. Driver less patient today and pays. Received no receipt, was offered no receipt. Go home and walk throughas if to place order online. Online order prices same sandwich at $10.79. Still not the $12.79 charged at store. As convenientas it might be, will not be returning to this location again. Read more

Well it seems this location has a hard time following online orders with special instructions. My online order was a monumental... mess up. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it came as cold as clay. I asked for mustard and Mayo, and there was none ofthat. The other sub on that order was so messy I could hardly pick it up. It?s not that hard to follow simple instructions, noris it hard to read. I don?t know if they just weren?t paying attention (which they absolutely should be) or if they just aren?ttrained well enough. Read more

I love to order ahead from here- it is ALWAYS ready for pickup by the time I get there. The team there is very kind and quick.... Never had a bad sandwich from here :) Read more

Great location and I love the new cushioned chairs but the other day I ordered a sandwich and the bread was boarder line doughy.... Not that big of a deal to me as long as I could get a new one. I explained the situation to the girl who works there and shestarted to argue with me that it?s not doughy. Next time just say ok sir and make a new sandwich. Read more

Would not accept a $50 bill. Wrap was small. Used the chicken mystery patty in the rotisserie ceasar wrap. It was not too busy... so that was nice but maybe the food quality and service are why. Read more

Sub-par ingredients, sloppy sandwich makers who pile it all in the center, green or over ripe tomatoes and a hefty price tag for... what you get. It shouldn't cost the same for a sandwich as it costs for a hot meal at Love Love Teriyaki next door. At the endof the day though, it is edible. Read more
