I eat at Subway frequently. I was concerned about this one. The toaster oven was out of order, the ice tea was empty, they did... not have all items on the items on the menu. The service was ok, but no apologies for lack of. Items requested. I will stifrequent Subway, I enjoy it when it is right. This may have been an off day. Read more

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW. They don?t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Take their sweet time when there?s a... line of customers, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Very unfortunate to see adults don?t have basic customer service skills. Read more

This was be far the worst experience at a subway ever!. First of all the ladies that are there 8/31/21 besides the new girl need... another job. If one them is the manager she was terrible too. I've been in restaurant management and customer service most of mylife and this was just terrible. First of all no greeting. I asked for a toasted sandwich and got a hard sub. She toasted mybread on the outside which made it hard to eat so I didn't. They was talking to the new girl like she was a pet, if I was her Iwould walked out. Bread being made during lunch peak. No tea made at all. Serving table not stocked and ready for the lunchrush. It was just terrible. If I was management, I who hire people that actually wants to work. Good luck eating at thislocation. Disappointed. I should've looked at this locations reviews before ordering. I was charged extra for items they didn't put in my... sandwich. I asked for it toasted and it was given to me cold. I called twice and no one answers. I would've been content knowingI'd get reimbursed for those extras or those extras being given to me if I went back. Read more

I ordered via ubereats. Subway failed to send my cookies and refused to refund my money for cookies! I work for a company who... uses food delivery and there is an option to refund money via the app. She said she wasn't able to refund it unless I came in.She was rude! Not to mention my sandwhich wasn't even wrapped like they usually are. Was just made poorley and tossed in bag. Idont recommend this location! Read more

Every time I go to this subway I end up dealing with poor customer service. The girl who made my last three sandwiches slopped... them together to the point that my Mayo is all over the sandwich when I open it. This time I went in and asked for extra olivesand she literally placed 7 olives on the sandwich and proceeded to rush through even though there was nobody else waiting inline. I asked for more olives and she turned around and grabbed more but again only put a few on my sandwich. I always tellmyself I won?t go back but this time I mean it. I?m done. Read more

Subway is subway so the food is as expected but the gal who primarily works at this location could use a lesson in courtesy- she... is polite with a twinge of attitude that screams I'm not happy at this job and customers are an inconvenience. I'm not surprisedsince I have had 2 of my youth work for subway and they loathed their time there. Perhaps time for a new job little lady! Read more
