My brother and I ordered 6 hard tacos and when we looked in the bag we saw some hard tacos so we thought everything was good... until we got home and they only gave us 2 hard tacos and 4 burritos that we didn?t even order. But the service was pretty fast. Read more
Service was slow and my order has been messed up twice. 8/3/22... Got dinner tonight and the drive thru wasn't too long of a... wait. The order was correct but man was everything messy!! My husband just got tacos and as he was unwrapping them, cheese,tomatoes and lettuce went EVERYWHERE! It was like they'd thrown the ingredients on and used the wrapper as a rolling tool. Sinceit isn't inexpensive to eat here anymore, I think we'll stick to homemade tacos from now on. Read more
I get its fast food and a processed meal to go...... But why can't these people ever get their orders right or include napkins?... I guess it doesn't matter how many times they mess up or you leave feedback. They are going to keep forgetting the simplethings. Read more

Bad service, but decent food considering. Store 565 Lancaster Is the store I?ve had the most trouble with. The last three orders... I made were missing items, they have also in the past just given me the wrong things. I wish they could get their staff to paybetter attention to the details. Not a location that I would recommend to anybody that wants a hassle free transaction. Read more
** this is the second time i had something wrong at this place** this last time I had a mid size order in which 2 chalupas out... of the number 6 combo were missing (comes with 2 chalupa and a hard taco). I thankfully checked before we drove away. I wentinside and showed them, although they were really nice for giving me the 2 chalupas and a cupon, I got home and the chalupaswere like this. Apparently 2 strands of chicken were enough! Well the pic says it all!! Their chicken quesadillas barely haveany chicken and sauce. Drinks were wrong. We paid for steak on one of them and they gave us chicken instead. Read more
This is one of the quickest Taco Bell's in Salem. I appreciate there speed when I'm on a 30 minute lunch break. The only bad... thing about this taco bell is that it's very obvious that they do not weigh the food like they should. A bean burrito should bethe cheapest thing on their menu... especially how pathetically small they make their bean burrito compared to the other stores.There is hardly anything inside ( basically, it's just a folded flour tortilla) Yet they make a excellent, fully stuffed crunchyTaco.
