This place totally sucked. Food was just thrown together and jammed into the bag. Half the tacos were broken. Stood at counter... to order... then was told I had to order using electronic board across from counter. No face-to-face service any more. All thetables and chairs in the dining area had food and/or trash on it. It wasn't that busy either. One on break and others standingaround talking. Will never return to this ???? ????. Read more

My whole order was bad, the cheese roll ups were cold, my bowl was extra chicken no rice, they didnt give me the extra chicken... and also didnt add beans. I ordered 2 chalups and got 2 double stacks. The cheese on the quesadilla was still raw. Read more

This Taco Bell consistently messes up on orders. Today I ordered two chipotle melts and a chicken quesarito thru the mobile app.... I received two unrolled melts and a beef quesarito. Naturally I went to request a refund as I was overcharged (chicken costsadditional). If you didn?t know, when you attempt to leave a complaint, both the app and webpage will not allow you to submitthe complaint. I?m going to attempt to call to see if I can just talk to the GM or DM and have a refund come through them. Allin all, 1 star rating, im very disappointed with the quality of food and service. Never had a good results from this location. Staff is friendly, but food is always cold. I paid extra for guac and didnt get it,... I have recieved broken and crushed tacos, and if I ask for potatoes instead of meat, chances are I'll still get meat. I havebeen to this location multiple times throughout the past 4 years and while the staff changes, the food does not. I have neveronce had a problem with the staff. It honestly seems to be more of a management issue. Bad management leads to low morale, whichleads to bad results. Read more

This is the worst Taco Bell in Salem, I got my order messed up as per usual . I called to talk to them and the ?manager? hangs... up on me so I have to go in she then claims I called her a bi**h. When I never would And never did. Sits and argues with me andgives me insane amounts of attitude so I have to speak to her GM who ended up fixing it for me. There was no ice in the drinks, all our food was thrown in the bag & not wrapped so everything that was supposed to be in the... tacos was at the bottom of the bag and all the taco shells were broken. My husbands burritos were the only part still in tactbut wasn't wrapped. Picture is of the cheesy roll up that was thrown in the bag. Read more

Unfortunately, due to a glitch in the online ordering system somehow my order was placed and then disappeared of the screen in... the back where food was being prepared. I waited nearly 30 minutes to get two items a Dorito Taco and Flatbread taco. The goodof it all though is the manager on duty was very apologetic as was the team member working up front. The team working at thetime handled a busy lunch rush really well overall despite my order having been delayed. I did get a free soda and coupon for ataco on the next visit as well. Overall for Taco Bell I?d say it?s an excellent location and quality of the food was exactly asto be expected from fast food that in this instance was not at all fast. Read more
