Ordered through the app and got the all in bundle. Had 8 Spicy Korean BBQ & 8 Garlic parmesan and 3 plain & 3 buffalo tenders. ... Voodoo Fries & Cajun fried corn. Was expecting something different with the fried corn. Not really sure if it was fried ornot. It was very dry and there was NO CRUNCH for something that should have been fried! The voodoo fries not really sure whatall was supposed to be on them, but they were mushy, greasy and not well prepared at all. I do have to say there is nothingspecial about the Cajun seasoning at all. It was our first time ever ordering from here and it became our last. The bonelesswings and chicken tenders are already premade and are just waiting to be cooked and sauced, nothing special there! The sauceswere not even good. Not sure what went wrong on this as it all smelled great but at the end of the meal it left us feelingawful and made for a miserable evening. For us we can say we tried it, weren't impressed so we won't be back. We will say itis a very busy little place. Read more
I dont have issue with the food but I do have issue with the customer service at the Lancaster location. The young girl working... the cash register at night on 9/29/22 needs to be trained on how to properly treat paying regular customers. She's rude andimmature and seriously lacks customer service ability. If I was a manager there I would be swapping her out right away. Shecan't answer basic questions without being rude and snarky and she socializes while on the job with her non-working friends. Read more
Their food is nothing to write home about. It's not bad but not excellent. My big problem with them right now stems from the... fact that when I ordered food on their website they double charged me. When I called them to have the second charge reversedthey refused to do so, we're very rude, and told me I never ordered anything from them. They then told me to take up the refundwith my bank. So at this point, until my bank refunds me the money they have effectively stolen $40 from me. Their food iscertainly not worth this hassle. Don't order off the website, and at this point I will not be ordering from any Wingstopagain. Might I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, or even your local pizza and wings place. Little Caesars, and Domino's are justabout as good, far less expensive, and they don't provide such a hassle. Read more

I drove 30 minutes to pick up my food. I was very excited since wingstop is my favorite place to get wings from. Unfortunately... these were the most disgusting wings I?ve ever had. I ordered a 15 pc. Louisiana Rub and the new hot honey flavor. The wingssmelt like fish, there was hardly any seasoning, it tasted like I was eating plain chicken wings, and they were extremely dry.Never coming back!! Read more
Yet again, this Wingstop was phenomenal! Order was prompt, correct, hot and crispy! Always the right amount of sauce, never... misses the dip or a straw. One of the only places in Salem that consistently gets things right!! Read more
Excited to try wing stop for the first time!! I was going to try the Atomic and my wife was going to try bbq. I ordered my food... to go. Once I received my food, I drove across town to my hotel. When I entered my room, I could hardly wait to open the bag anddig in!! Sadly, when I opened my bag, to disappointment I found plain wings. I looked at my recipe to make sure I orderedcorrectly. Sure enough I did. The restaurant wasn?t busy when I was there. Im confused on how a business that specializes inwings, could forget the sauce? They included a side of ranch?.but no sauce?
