It was VERY busy! Was gonna go thruough the drve thru but it was really busy so I went in instead! Tje lady that took my order,... although she was busy, she was very pleasant and seemed happy to take my order. And the food was freah and hot! Read more
Biscuit was wicked dry like it was old, bacon was cool and the bacon,egg and cheese were all slid to one side Halfway off the... biscuit. I know fast food is greasy but one of those times you can feel the grease coat the inside of your mouth as ya eat. Verynice and polite staff tho Read more
Decent southern style Cajun chicken chain. Stop here often for breakfast when traveling I-81. Favorites are chicken and gravy... biscuits with Bo' rounds. The chicken is a nice flavored alternative to what you can find at other places for breakfast. Lovethe southern seasonings. The gravy is good with everything because it is peppery and adds a lot of flavor and moisture. Biscuitsare nice and fluffy. Potato rounds were fresh and crisp with a good taste, with a bit of onion mixed in. Overall the food iswhat I'd expect from a fast-food joint. Besides that, the place was clean and service was good. It's not sit down home cooking,but I enjoy stopping here for a quick breakfast when in the area just to have something different than the usual fast-food fareI have at home. Read more
My last visit was bad. The drive thru attendant was very rude, the drive thru speaker was in poor working condition. The first 3... items I asked for, they were out of and was told that they were not fixing anymore for the evening, so I just left the line anddidn't order. Many others did the same. I felt like the attendant, was worried about getting off instead of the customer. Read more
9/1/22 - After I?ve told all of my friends Bojangles has the best gravy biscuit in Salem, someone must have dropped that salt... shaker in the gravy. Also, biscuit was gummy inside. Entered a few minutes after 11 a.m. to get a roasted chicken bites salad, but was told that someone, somehow, forgot to prepare... any before the lunch crowd stated to show up. I was told I could wait ten minutes or order something else, so I ordered twothighs with two sides of green beans. For my money, Bojangle's fried chicken is the absolute best of any fried chicken chain,*when it's done right*. Occasionally the pieces can be quite small, or the employees preparing the plates for some reason choosethe smaller pieces out of the pan. That wasn't the case today.
